GBHorrible phone service Horrible phone service. I've been hung up on 3 times. Poor phone connection. Hard to contact company. Won't return calls or emails. What happens if I had a warranty issue. Not Good guys. Finally got a transmission ready to order. Guy said he would send invoice so I can pay for transmission and get it ordered. 3 days later no email. Yes. Checked spam and junk files. Nothing zip. Called back. After 3rd try got a hold of a lady who said she'd tell the guy to send my invoice. Gave my email address again. 2 days later still nothing. I ended up going to monster transmissions. I'd advise checking out monster transmissions. By far better customer experience hands down.

GBOutstanding service and product Outstanding service and product. I did a lot of research before purchasing my re-manufactured 4l60E transmission from Best Buy. They were a bit more expensive than some, but the 5yr warranty and the simplicity of the purchasing process won me over. Transmission came faster than promised, and when the job was done the old one was picked up the same day I notified them. Transmission fits and works perfectly. Would buy from them again.

GBThe Good, The Bad, and The Ugly......and finally The Good: ordered online-with some trepidation as I am in CA..got an immediate confirmation and request for VIN to verify. I had the correct transmission the next day. It has been in the car for 2,000 miles and works great. The Bad: it came in a cracked plastic carry case, the extra fluids leaked all over the delivery truck and the bell housing had two of the mounting tabs broken off. Contacted, they agreed to refund a portion to cover the labor of replacing the bell housing, which we did. The Ugly-3 months later have still not paid the refund and just stopped answering emails.......... Today 1/10/19--got an email confirming the refund..would up my rating to 4 stars.....

GBTransmission was received when … Transmission was received when expected. Replaced an E40D transmission that had over 287,000 miles. The BestBuy transmission is working great!! No issues what so ever. Only thing I thought I was getting a transmission from Florida and it actually came from Wisconsin. I picked it up from FedEx and returning the old was a breeze. Overall, very happy with this purchase!!!

GBSo it's been a few months now.... So it's been a few months now since my purchase in October 2019, and quite a few thousand miles, short trips, longer trips, highways, local driving, mountain roads, and everything in between. So far the replacement automatic transmission and torque converter I purchased and had installed in my 2005 Dodge Dakota 4x4 (v6) has held up to everything I've thrown at it. Started off with a little bit of a rumble whenever shifting between 1st and 2nd gear, but it didn't affect the performance, and that has since went away. Little bit of a break in period maybe? Either way, I couldn't be happier with my purchase, they were professional in every way, and their price could not be beat.
