They were a bit more expensive than some, but the 5yr warranty and the simplicity of the purchasing process won me over. Transmission came faster than promised, and when the job was done the old one was picked up the same day I notified them. Transmission fits and works perfectly. Would buy from them again.

Needing a new transmission Needing a new transmission, I did my research and based on warranty, reviews and BBB rating I ordered a 42RE for my Ram truck. I also liked the upgrades correcting factory issues. It came in 4 days, just like the salesman said, from Milwaukee to Miami. Looked like new in the crate. Installed myself (mechanic earlier in life) and although it has only been a few days, I am so pleased with the way it shifts, no leaks, etc.. Assuming all continues to go well, I will recommend to friends or use them again. Would probably find a shop for the exchange next time though - lol

awesome company !!!!! this is not a 5-star company... it is a10-star company!!!!! ordered a transmission on monday and it arrived a few days later on thursday!!! are you kidding me you can't send a letter threw the mail that fast!!! also used this company before for another vehicle a couple years ago and that transmission is still working perfect!!! i have never left a review on anything but this purchase i couldn't resist...!!!!

Purchased a replacement transmission 2… Purchased a replacement transmission 2 years ago through Best buy. I have waited to write a review until I've been able to give the replacement a workout. I installed it myself, at a lower price and better warranty than if I were to purchase one from the dealer. We have also towed our camper, which is at the upper end of the towing limit for my truck, on 2 decently long trips with no incident. If I ever need another transmission, Best buy transmissions will be my first stop.
