awesome company !!!!! this is not a 5-star company... it is a10-star company!!!!! ordered a transmission on monday and it arrived a few days later on thursday!!! are you kidding me you can't send a letter threw the mail that fast!!! also used this company before for another vehicle a couple years ago and that transmission is still working perfect!!! i have never left a review on anything but this purchase i couldn't resist...!!!!

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly......and finally The Good: ordered online-with some trepidation as I am in CA..got an immediate confirmation and request for VIN to verify. I had the correct transmission the next day. It has been in the car for 2,000 miles and works great. The Bad: it came in a cracked plastic carry case, the extra fluids leaked all over the delivery truck and the bell housing had two of the mounting tabs broken off. Contacted, they agreed to refund a portion to cover the labor of replacing the bell housing, which we did. The Ugly-3 months later have still not paid the refund and just stopped answering emails.......... Today 1/10/19--got an email confirming the refund..would up my rating to 4 stars.....

Our company has purchased at least five… Our company has purchased at least five units from Best Buy Transmissions and they have all performed flawlessly. Packaging and appearance, as well as arranging for core return, is great. Just make sure the cooler and lines are flushed thoroughly or replaced, codes are dealt with, external grounds are in place, and the proper fluid is used and you will not have any issues. Highly recommend.

Poor warranty service I’ve been waiting a week to hear from them regarding a very simple straight forward warranty claim. I called after three days and they sent me an email saying we’ll get back to you today or tomorrow morning that’s 4 days ago. Now when I call it goes to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. I run a small service business and have not been able to provide my customers any service or give them a date and time when I can. I’m forced to purchase a transmission from another company because I can’t afford to lose any more business.

Many thanks!! I purchased my remanufactured transmission for an 04 Escalade in June of 2018. No issues at all and I have been out of state a few times since it’s been installed with a decent load too. Truck still pulls strong!!!! Thank You BestBuy Transmissions!!
