Transmission was received when … Transmission was received when expected. Replaced an E40D transmission that had over 287,000 miles. The BestBuy transmission is working great!! No issues what so ever. Only thing I thought I was getting a transmission from Florida and it actually came from Wisconsin. I picked it up from FedEx and returning the old was a breeze. Overall, very happy with this purchase!!!

Horrible customer service! Absolutely worst customer service I have dealt with. Kathy the woman that works there called me for a week straight 5-7 am, some of the time from a private number when I needed emailed the information for the Core return. I am not awake that early and when I called back during normal business hours each I couldn't get a hold of them. When I finally did, her response very rudely was "you better answer for FedEx" when I asked to speak to a supervisor she huge up on me and I never got a call back. She is the only one who answers the phone so I cannot get a hold of anyone else. Loved the transmission works great, but I will never buy anything again just because of this woman!
