Great Company Best Buy Transmission is by far one of the best companies I've dealt with in ages. Customer service is awesome. I ordered a transmission think it'd take a week to get here, it arrived in 1 day which put me behind the 8 ball on installing because of prior obligations. Not being able to get the core back in time, I called the company and was informed "no problem" and core return window was adjusted. I am impressed and my F150 transmission is doing well after install. Thank You Best Buy Transmission

Outstanding service and product Outstanding service and product. I did a lot of research before purchasing my re-manufactured 4l60E transmission from Best Buy. They were a bit more expensive than some, but the 5yr warranty and the simplicity of the purchasing process won me over. Transmission came faster than promised, and when the job was done the old one was picked up the same day I notified them. Transmission fits and works perfectly. Would buy from them again.

Ford 2004 2 wd drive Explorer Ford 2004 2 wd drive Explorer. Rebuilt transmission with two different shops for $5,000. Both failed. Ordered BestBuy remanufactured transmission for $2,300. Paid another mechanic $800 to install. Transmission from BestBuy arrived in 5 days. So far, after only 1,000 miles all is great. Lesson learned? Never goto a transmission shop who rebuilds transmissions. They only replace parts they think need replacement (to save them money, not you). BestBuy replaces all parts with either OEM or improved parts and cover with an excellent warranty. As stated, after 1,000 miles, all is great. Highly recommend!
