Perfect fit, inexpensive, fast delivery The part I ordered was an exact fit as specified. It was less expensive that other sellers and it arrived extremely quickly. Very pleased and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

buyer beware!! steer clear of this company I ordered an expansion pipe for my vehicle on August 18. their image does not depict a bend in pipe. Pipe arrives August 21 has bend, just past expansion leading to outlet, not correct pipe. I initiated a return on the website on August 23 with no response so I called them on Aug 27 and then they said email them, so I did immediately there was no action except that they would send a label soon several emails received this response. Sept 1 4:07 am someone in their company attempted to use my card for a purchase at a different vendor for swimming pool supplies apparently, 6 different times. Lucky my provider uses virtual card numbers specific for vendor so they block transactions. The company denies it and yells and screams at me for the mention of this. I have emails from card provider. After 9 more emails I finally receive a return label on September 7, 12 emails and 4 phone calls just to get a return label. I re-box the part and ship on Sept 8 they refuse delivery until September 16. It has taken from moment of return process initiation on August 23rd 4 weeks, they refused to receive the package from fedex for a week. Now they have their part back and I still have no refund much less "HASSLE FREE." as stated on their website.

It's definitely worth it I received everything indicated in the photo provided, undamaged, with very prompt shipping. The cat-back system appears to be of decent quality. It's quiet and fit as if it were factory original. Installation couldn't have been easier... Except, as indicated in the photo, there is a missing exhaust clamp with the system. It's NOT a complete cat-back system such as I purchased from Jegs for my pickup. To complete the installation I had to take a trip to the parts store to purchase a $3.00 exhaust clamp. Not such a big deal... But I live in the sticks! That cost about five bucks worth of gas and 45 minutes to procure the missing 2 inch clamp. Just saying.

Easy online experience Easy online experience. Parts fit fine but think it should have had some instructions. Two different style gaskets and no reference as to which one goes where. Also I think since you included gaskets, it should have included bolts and nuts.

poor return/ customer service Ordering and receiving the parts I needed weren’t an issue, I actually would have given a higher star rating if that was the extent of my experience. I needed to return the parts I ordered and returning the products were a hassle. I had no issue having to pay the return shipping but having to reach out multiple times to get all the info I needed to return was a hassle. After I returned the product I’ve still yet to hear back about my refund as well. It seems communicating with the customer isn’t your strong suite
