GBThis is my honest review This is my honest review. After shopping around I found a y-pipe exhaust stainless steel replacement for a 2013 GMC Acadia on their website. The price was fair and they were helpful on the phone when I called their office. Placed part on order and received part on time. It looked like a quality replacement however, once installed, I got a check engine light after first test drive. Took to an exhaust shop and they showed me on a lift where there was a massive exhaust leak around flange. The shop said it's not a direct fit and there was nothing they could do to fix it as it doesn't mate centered with catalytic converters. Now I am trying to return product. I have sent 2 emails with no response. When I called, they said they only deal with orders over the phone and that I have to email them for instructions for returns?? I ended up going to GMC and buying the OEM part and whatcha know, no exhaust leak and check engine light went away. I am frustrated with whole process as I am an active duty service nember and deploy often. It's hard to find time to work on vehicles and now lost 2 weekends that should have been spent with my kids. The least they could do is respond to my email so I can return part that was guaranteed exact replacement. If your company reads reviews, please remedy the situation ASAP. My invoice #12979, order# T-16616. Only reason I left 2 stars is because the purchase and shipping was on time.

GBbuyer beware!! steer clear of this company I ordered an expansion pipe for my vehicle on August 18. their image does not depict a bend in pipe. Pipe arrives August 21 has bend, just past expansion leading to outlet, not correct pipe. I initiated a return on the website on August 23 with no response so I called them on Aug 27 and then they said email them, so I did immediately there was no action except that they would send a label soon several emails received this response. Sept 1 4:07 am someone in their company attempted to use my card for a purchase at a different vendor for swimming pool supplies apparently, 6 different times. Lucky my provider uses virtual card numbers specific for vendor so they block transactions. The company denies it and yells and screams at me for the mention of this. I have emails from card provider. After 9 more emails I finally receive a return label on September 7, 12 emails and 4 phone calls just to get a return label. I re-box the part and ship on Sept 8 they refuse delivery until September 16. It has taken from moment of return process initiation on August 23rd 4 weeks, they refused to receive the package from fedex for a week. Now they have their part back and I still have no refund much less "HASSLE FREE." as stated on their website.

GBpoor return/ customer service Ordering and receiving the parts I needed weren’t an issue, I actually would have given a higher star rating if that was the extent of my experience. I needed to return the parts I ordered and returning the products were a hassle. I had no issue having to pay the return shipping but having to reach out multiple times to get all the info I needed to return was a hassle. After I returned the product I’ve still yet to hear back about my refund as well. It seems communicating with the customer isn’t your strong suite
