The instructions were very… The instructions were very unprofessional and unclear, customer service was lacking almost nonexistent, they responded to a couple emails at first when the item was still being manufactured, but have been silent ever since. Customer service is everything, if I have a question about the product or how to install the product after I've spent almost $1000 you would think they would be happy to help. That is not the case. Currently living out my car. And my back has been killing me so I thought this would be the best way to make my sleeping area flat. Currently I am parked in my friends driveway with every piece laid out. Just awaiting customer service to do their job. Will update you when they do

Toyota RAV4, Redwood drawers Unfortunately as much as I wanted to like this company and its product it turned out to be a complete dud! Prior to even placing my order I contacted Wheels & Feels about the lead time on the product as I was anticipating having this product delivered and installed by a certain date. I was given a delivery date of 3-5 days which was just inside my schedule. So I purchased the product on 1/24/24 and the wait started. I received an email saying my order was being processed and I would receive a following email with the tracking info included. A week passes by and no email. I contact them asking them what’s going on and I was assured they would be shipping the product out shortly. Another week passes and I contact them again and told they’re having issues with their supply chain blah blah blah. I demand a refund and I’m then bribed with extra add ons and a partial refund of a measly $30. I again give them the benefit of the doubt and agree. At this point it’s Thursday 2/8/24 2 weeks have passed and they haven’t even shipped. I’m then promised by Anton on the “sales team” that he will personally see my product to UPS to make sure everything was in order and shipped Monday. Welp Monday rolls around and no acceptance by UPS is reported on the tracking info. I wait an extra day to see if it was just on UPS’ side. Nope definitely not the case. I contact them again asking for a refund and I’m told the product is finished and set to be picked up today and the reason being is cause the late notice on me wanting the product carpeted. The box was supposed to be carpeted from the beginning. It’s just excuse after excuse with this company and it seems I’m not the only one with this issue as I’ve read on multiple platforms others experiencing the same. Such a shame cause I wanted this to workout for my application. This company needs to get their website, customer service/support, and communication skills in order or they’ll be going down very quickly. I truly hope they update their website to reflect lead times, carpeting colors and other features so the customers will have a better buying experience.

A Constructive Review: Enhancing the RAV4 Drawer System Experience Recently, I decided to invest in a drawer system for my 2023 RAV4, primarily to safeguard my belongings from potential theft and to maximize storage efficiency. The concept of the drawer system intrigued me, prompting my decision to make a purchase. Initial Impressions: Upon its arrival, albeit after a prolonged wait, I eagerly inspected the drawer system. While the concept was undeniably appealing, I noticed some discrepancies that dampened my initial enthusiasm. Several predrilled holes were misaligned and too close to the edge of the plywood, with a noticeable absence of screws. Furthermore, the paint had not fully cured, leading to components sticking together. To add to the frustration, a particular piece designed for the trunk tie-down hooks failed to fit, despite my earnest attempts. Challenges Faced and Solutions Implemented: In order to make the system functional, I undertook several corrective measures: 1. Redrilling holes to ensure proper alignment. 2. Sanding and repainting certain components to enhance aesthetics. 3. Utilizing wood filler and paint to rectify splintered or damaged areas. Despite encountering these hurdles, I must acknowledge that the system now functions as intended. However, I cannot overlook the quality shortcomings that necessitated significant adjustments on my part. While I remain hopeful that future iterations of the product will exhibit improved quality, I am also exploring avenues to enhance my drawer system independently. While it would have been easy to resort to negative criticism, I opted to communicate my concerns to the company in a constructive manner via email. I firmly believe that fostering an environment of open dialogue and providing constructive feedback is pivotal for product enhancement and customer satisfaction. In conclusion, while my experience with the RAV4 drawer system presented challenges, it also provided valuable insights into areas for improvement. Despite its current shortcomings, I am optimistic about the product's potential evolution and remain committed to enhancing my own system. My order number was 524
