Let me tell ya Let me tell ya, I couldn’t be more stoked about Wheels and Feels! They’ve gone above and beyond, hooking me up with one hell of a cargo box for my Jeep. This thing is solid as a rock, and it screams quality from every angle. First off, their attention to detail is badass. The cargo box is built tough, with top-of-the-line materials that fit my Jeep like a glove. And let’s talk about the packaging - they didn’t mess around. The foam they used was top-notch, making sure that box arrived without a scratch. That’s some serious attention to detail, and it’s much appreciated. Installation was a breeze, too. I had that bad boy set up in no time, ready to hit the road and tackle whatever comes my way. Thanks to Wheels and Feels, my trips have gone from ordinary to epic in a heartbeat. The instructions were very… The instructions were very unprofessional and unclear, customer service was lacking almost nonexistent, they responded to a couple emails at first when the item was still being manufactured, but have been silent ever since. Customer service is everything, if I have a question about the product or how to install the product after I've spent almost $1000 you would think they would be happy to help. That is not the case. Currently living out my car. And my back has been killing me so I thought this would be the best way to make my sleeping area flat. Currently I am parked in my friends driveway with every piece laid out. Just awaiting customer service to do their job. Will update you when they do

Cool product, poor quality, and poor customer service I had a mixed experience with this company and their Rav4 drawer system. Communication was very poor. The product did not ship on time. When I emailed them to ask what the ETA was going to be, I got silence. When I called the phone number and it was disconnected, I thought I had been scammed. But soon later they shipped my product. When it arrived, it was damaged with major scratches on the top (most visible) surface. Some of the pre-drilled holes were off by an inch or so, causing me to have to drill extra holes. The quality of the wood is not good and it is splintering in places. The good part: Despite the poor quality parts that look like they are falling apart, I do actually like the product. I complained and they responded by sending me a bunch of free stuff including a table and sleeping platform and $100. That was enough to leave me happy enough and I almost gave them more stars. However the extra parts I got for free came with no instructions and when I emailed them a question about their assembly, I simply never got an answer. It amazes me how terrible they are at communicating. But at least they aren't a scam.
