GBThe instructions were very… The instructions were very unprofessional and unclear, customer service was lacking almost nonexistent, they responded to a couple emails at first when the item was still being manufactured, but have been silent ever since. Customer service is everything, if I have a question about the product or how to install the product after I've spent almost $1000 you would think they would be happy to help. That is not the case. Currently living out my car. And my back has been killing me so I thought this would be the best way to make my sleeping area flat. Currently I am parked in my friends driveway with every piece laid out. Just awaiting customer service to do their job. Will update you when they do
