Horrible service Horrible service. Returning to Brazil, it was charged US$ 400,00 from the credit card. According to the Zig Zag it was regarding transit tickets. It was charged another US$ 2.500,00 regarding a damage. They didn’t send any budget to be analyzed and reimbursed 1.500,00. Totally without transparency. Regarding the tickets, they didn’t advise it was necessary to activate.

the worst company believe me, it is the worst rental cars company. It is totally scam. They keep withdrawing money from my credit card. They have very hidden conditions that are TOTALLY different than the 3rd party contract. The pick up and drop off locations WERE NOT the airport! the time for drop off has been changed than the main contract! they dont have morals, they are bad guys, not professional at all. They literally LIE to me and I am sure to other costumers. I got much trouble because they made two deposite transactions of amounts $600 and $750 within 4 days!

La empresa es de unos rusos, el servicio y atención la cliente es fatal, su publicidad es engañosa, solicite un carro sedan y me entregaron hatchback. En el caso mio, usaron la información de mi tarjeta de crédito para hacer cobros no aprobados. El proceso de reclamación fue desgastante, incomodo y lento. Tengan mucho cuidado. NEGATIVE Rating I do not recommend at all to hire any type of service with ZIG ZAG RENT A CAR. The company is about Russians, the service and attention the customer is fatal, their advertising is misleading, I requested a sedan car and they handed me a hatchback. In my case, they used my credit card information to make unapproved charges. The claim process was exhausting, uncomfortable and slow. Be very careful.

DO NOT USE IT DO NOT USE IT. They just stole almost us $ 300 from me, explaining that I damaged the car when I DIDNT, I returned the car in perfect conditions and an agent from there checked and gave me the deposit back, but one week later we got charged and till now they haven’t refund me the money. THEY DO ILLEGAL THINGS, they are dishonest, they are a FRAUD.

Really good and helpful stuff working… Really good and helpful stuff working there, i am mother of 2 kids, so their employees helped me with everything, bags, car seat and etc. Got a really nice and new van Caravan, price and car were perfect, thanks guys
