Excellent! I was looking for replacement parts for high end headphones. When the package arrived (ahead of schedule) I realized that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong part. It wasn't an expensive item, so when I heard from Adam at the company, I was very surprised. He took the trouble to make sure that I received the correct part. Received headphones for 2018 Chrysler… Received headphones for 2018 Chrysler Pacifica very promptly. Put batteries in and they worked without having to do any programming. Would recommend these in a hearbeat!

Audiovideo2go takes care of business Audiovideo2go takes care of business like people used to, with integrity and superior customer service. I had to get headphones and a remote for my later model minivan as the dealership did not get them back from the previous owner. This would have been a horribly expensive purchase through the dealership. However, Audiovideo2go not only had the model I needed but the price was very reasonable. Here is where they were above and beyond. One of the headphones had a problem that they would not have know about prior to shipping. I wrote customer service and they shipped me out a replacement immediately. I will buy more products from them and I encourage you to do the same.
