Great product and great prices!! Needed new headphones for DVD system in my Dodge RAM pickup. Prices through dealership were outrageous which led me to this site. 2 headphones for same price or less then dealership! placed order and received items within days! Super fast processing and delivery. Simple to use, opened box, put batteries in, selected proper channel on headphones to work with DVD system in truck and viola crisp clear sound from both headphones. Highly recommend these headphones for in car systems. thanks for great product and quick service and delivery.

Did not get what I ordered However after speaking with them they right away fixed the issue and took care of my needs in a speedy fashion. Decent fix for the problem. They could however come up with some way to speak to their customers !!!!!

Outrageous Customer Service One pair of headphones did not work properly so I emailed Audiovideo2go. Within minutes I got a reply. Adam in customer service was so friendly and helpful and promised to send another pair right away. I got a notice from him when they were shipped the next day! So often customer service is helpful on the purchase side of things but not so helpful on the return side. Not the case at AudioVideo2Go. Very impressive! And the headphones are awesome!!

Excellent! I was looking for replacement parts for high end headphones. When the package arrived (ahead of schedule) I realized that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong part. It wasn't an expensive item, so when I heard from Adam at the company, I was very surprised. He took the trouble to make sure that I received the correct part. Audiovideo2go is a place that I will be returning to for all my audio needs. I lucked out. Thanks Adam..
