He made this whole process very easy for me and always made sure I had all the information I was looking for. He was very helpful during the whole process. GBDON'T BUY IT!!! Absolutely did NOT stand by their product!!! They sent out an engine that did not work from the moment the mechanic installed it. They asked the mechanic, without my consent, to do a diagnostics on it for which I WAS CHARGED. They finally determined that it WAS INDEED A BAD ENGINE, sent out a new engine, BUT WOULDN'T COVER THE FULL COST OF THE FIRST INSTALL, so I ended up paying about $2000 over my original bill to the mechanic just to find out that their engine was bad. I tried to resolve it with them but got the runaround. I SHOULD HAVE JUST BOUGHT A JASPER!!!!
