Sent the wrong part Sent the wrong part. per return policy I sent the required pictures but forgot the pic of the shipping label. Sent pic of the shipping label per their request which was outside the 30 days. Now they say I sent the pic outside of the 30 days even though they asked for the PIC! Spoke to 4 people, 5 emails. Asked to please make an exception. All said like robots "its our policy" great policy to loose customers!! All this effort for a $30. part. Dont order from them its a nightmare if you try to return.

Bad manager I talked to a manager named Arlene and was appalled by her attitude. She was not trying to explain in an effective way. All the employees I have dealt with in your company have been very professional and customer oriented. Arlene said she is a manager. Wasn’t the idea of escalation in customer service is to deal with customers in a more effective and professional way? If this manager represents this company, then I would strongly suggest that you avoid this company. They are greedy. They refund only 65% of what we paid when we didn’t receive anything from them due to USPS forwarding issue.
