Indy Mats - Stay away Please Stay away from this Company. I placed an order on May 29, 2023. Their Website says they do their production in Coastal Hwy, Lewes, Delaware. I thought, that's great. American made products and getting it fast. June 2nd I received an email saying production complete and provided FedEx tracking. By June 9th, I sent an email asking why its delay getting from Delaware to California. They said it arrived by June 20th. They mentioned about parcel has to come to the USA. I thought Delaware is in USA. By end of June I realized they are not doing anything in USA, they are ordering from China or some where else. May be they don't have production line, They turn around and order on ebay and pay half of what I paid for them and waiting them to deliver. I should have done directly through ebay and save some money if I need some Chinese made mats. June 29th I received an email saying my order damaged and they wants my Banking information for refund. I used Paypal and if they are genuine company they should refund same way they received instead asking my Banking info. I had to file a case through Paypal to get my money and received full refund on July04th. Please stay away from this company. They don't have a production line, they don't have team of experts designers, May be a computer and a keyboard to take orders and re order through ebay, I'm guessing. Why making false advertisement online about their company.

Great mats for my car I'm very pleased with my purchase from Indy Mats. The mats fit my car perfectly and give it a whole new look. They were easy to install and appear to be of good construction. And the icing on the cake is that the price was extremely reasonable! Thanks, Indy Mats!!!

This must be a scam site....ordered… This must be a scam site....ordered 27Sept...the tracking number they provide only shows the label created..that is the carrier that delivers it once it arrives to the US....called...emailed...and finally got them on chat....kept delaying comments as they reported it shipped....no tracking number in initial shipment...asked for a refund and they reported that takes two weeks...so reported it to my bank to defund the transaction.

Very bad experience and very bad customer service My experience with this company very bad they took my money for almost 30 days I buy from them 4 mats for my car and after that they don’t answer the phone when they text you back they text you around 3 AM and you are sleeping not respecting for your time They don’t know how they talk with the customer and they don’t give me my money back and I don’t receive my items. I waste my time for nothing and they don’t give me my money back until now and they I have all the text message with them to prove for you guys , so please everybody be careful from like this company that is my experience With them 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 date of experience from November 28 to December 24 and is still until . Now I don’t receive my money or my items.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
