GBGreat Customer Service Had an issue with wrong rotors and ECS made it right without me even asking. Their selector showed rotors that did not mention vented or not. When I received them and took my mine apart mine were vented but 5he ones ordered were not. I called up and they said, don’t worry we will get the correct ones to and they did.

USJust bad customer service They could actually order the parts and not lie to customers. I called in to order my parts, The website and the representatives both said it that the parts were in stocks. Everything that I ordered was in and it should arrive to me within 2 to 3 days. A week later I called to check on my order because I can't even find the email for the order, to track when I called I was told no one but the representative who helped me place the order could figure out what happened to my order. I talk to that representative and was told "oh the orders out. There was a delay I should get my order in the next 2 days. After getting off the phone I magically received my emails with tracking numbers. Telling me the items were just labeled. I would have Appreciate it the truth better than a lie that was back up by your own system.

USSo this company has no clue when your… So this company has no clue when your product will arrive to you once you buy something. I bought a John cooper works pro exhaust kit April 11,2024 and to this day the 25th is hasn't shipped and the expected shipping day changes week after week. The website says your item typically ships by the 3rd business day completely false. I've also asked for a refund which they never honored they gave me store credit..why would i want store credit to a company that takes months to deliver anything? Am I ordering from Japan? even they would have better ETA's this company suuuucks. Each person i speak with just lies oh yea it should ship on the date website says so, i call in next day its been changed again. It annoys me that ECS comes up on the net first when I'm searching to buy car parts because of how inefficient they are.

USGarbage parts Bad customer service Garbage parts. Defective and cheap spoiler. Looks like junk on the vehicle. If your past the return window good luck getting a replacement! Their lifetime warranty program is JOKE. You basically have to pay for the defective part a 2nd time to replace it and all they do when they get the part back is give you a in store credit. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

USBought coated rotors that rusted in 6… Bought coated rotors that rusted in 6 months, In order to get a refund I need to purchase another set from them , I told them I would send them back and if they can return my money? Th Amanda there customer service manager, stated the only way is to repurchase again from them and they would issue a credit . There "HOME OF THE LIFETIME REPLACEMENT" IS A COMPLETE SCAM! I'M AFRAID IF I DID SEND THEM BACK I WOULD NEVER SEE MY MONEY OR CREDIT FROM WHAT I'VE BEEN READING ON ALL THESE SITES THEY'RE A FRAUD AND I NEED TO BE STOPPED!
