Great Customer Service Purchased some amazing well built items for my MK6 GTi i had some issues with the parts that I had ordered. Great customer service hassle free Great customer service hassle free. My package showed up missing two small parts, was shipped replacements the same day. Pretty certain that FedEx was to blame, but ECS didn't make me go through that dreadful claim process. Very thankful for the customer service.

Great Customer Service Had an issue with wrong rotors and ECS made it right without me even asking. Their selector showed rotors that did not mention vented or not. When I received them and took my mine apart mine were vented but 5he ones ordered were not. I called up and they said, don’t worry we will get the correct ones to and they did.
