Th Amanda there customer service manager, stated the only way is to repurchase again from them and they would issue a credit . There "HOME OF THE LIFETIME REPLACEMENT" IS A COMPLETE SCAM! I'M AFRAID IF I DID SEND THEM BACK I WOULD NEVER SEE MY MONEY OR CREDIT FROM WHAT I'VE BEEN READING ON ALL THESE SITES THEY'RE A FRAUD AND I NEED TO BE STOPPED!

Great Customer Service Purchased some amazing well built items for my MK6 GTi i had some issues with the parts that I had ordered.
