GBGreat Customer Service Purchased some amazing well built items for my MK6 GTi i had some issues with the parts that I had ordered. Upon installation these parts didn’t fit , and after a lot of emails and pictures as I am based in the United Kingdom , the customer service team did their best to help come up with a resolution and will happily recommend and purchase from again. GBNothing about this transaction went… Nothing about this transaction went well. Ended up buying elsewhere, saving $300+, plus free overnight shipping. Weekend staff online worthless to solve issues. update; BS. I was asking why my payment was not processing, why I had no bonus points, why I could not use the $25 off (which processed the last time I tried) and why I always have trouble signing in... you should at least have read the text. But guess what, I'll probably still have to use y'all since you have bought everyone who supplies BMW parts, etc.

GBWorst company ever , DONT BUY ANYTHING Worst company ever Should be out of business Worst customer service in history Waited over 2 weeks to receive the wrong part Then another week or so trying to talk to somone in there customer service team (they dont answer the phones or email back) Its now been over a month and i have had to fix there mistake myself I dont EVER write reviews EVER unless im that satisfied with customer service for example ARM is above and beyond with there customer service and shipping speeds I went ahead and made this review to show how awefull they are Im that mad and dissatisfied that i wrote a review on every single option to leave a review on This is beyond a disgrace of a company

GBHow do you get to talk to a real person? UPDATE! Parts arrived in a timely manner and were well packaged. Unfortunately, the exhaust support, which is rubber, was already cracked and broken. Haven't called to replace it yet due to having to buy the replacement and receive credit due to it being a "lifetime warranty part". Just tried to call to straighten this out before leaving a review,but it tells me "how to do a return online" Need to speak to a person, not a cheery, robotic voice that tells me nothing useful! UPDATE: Heard from ECS and they are sending out a replacement part. Throws off the timing of the work a bit, but they made good. Stars updated.
