Nothing about this transaction went… Nothing about this transaction went well. Ended up buying elsewhere, saving $300+, plus free overnight shipping. Weekend staff online worthless to solve issues. update; BS. I was asking why my payment was not processing, why I had no bonus points, why I could not use the $25 off (which processed the last time I tried) and why I always have trouble signing in... you should at least have read the text. But guess what, I'll probably still have to use y'all since you have bought everyone who supplies BMW parts, etc.

Garbage parts Bad customer service Garbage parts. Defective and cheap spoiler. Looks like junk on the vehicle. If your past the return window good luck getting a replacement! Their lifetime warranty program is JOKE. You basically have to pay for the defective part a 2nd time to replace it and all they do when they get the part back is give you a in store credit. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Why is ECS still in business? Can anyone tell me why this company is still in business? I'll spare you the details of my story with ECS except to say they have no customer service at all. Further, I twice spoke to their sales person who twice forwarded my call to never answer customer service. His name is Michael. I'm considering filing a civil complaint. Obviously they know about their poor service but have chosen to do nothing about it That helps justify punitive damages in a law suite. What do you think the jury will think about all these reviews?

A very satisfied customer Placed an order through customer service. When my parts came it was the wrong parts. When I called to explain, the customer service representative was incredibly helpful and corrected my order and sent the correct parts at no cost to me. I cannot go wrong ordering parts through ECS. They're experienced, courteous and always willing to make their customers happy.
