Garbage parts Bad customer service Garbage parts. Defective and cheap spoiler. Looks like junk on the vehicle. If your past the return window good luck getting a replacement! Their lifetime warranty program is JOKE. You basically have to pay for the defective part a 2nd time to replace it and all they do when they get the part back is give you a in store credit. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Great Customer Service Purchased some amazing well built items for my MK6 GTi i had some issues with the parts that I had ordered. Upon installation these parts didn’t fit , and after a lot of emails and pictures as I am based in the United Kingdom , the customer service team did their best to help come up with a resolution and will happily recommend and purchase from again. Th Amanda there customer service manager, stated the only way is to repurchase again from them and they would issue a credit . There "HOME OF THE LIFETIME REPLACEMENT" IS A COMPLETE SCAM! I'M AFRAID IF I DID SEND THEM BACK I WOULD NEVER SEE MY MONEY OR CREDIT FROM WHAT I'VE BEEN READING ON ALL THESE SITES THEY'RE A FRAUD AND I NEED TO BE STOPPED!
