Weekend staff online worthless to solve issues. update; BS. I was asking why my payment was not processing, why I had no bonus points, why I could not use the $25 off (which processed the last time I tried) and why I always have trouble signing in... you should at least have read the text. But guess what, I'll probably still have to use y'all since you have bought everyone who supplies BMW parts, etc.

When I called to explain, the customer service representative was incredibly helpful and corrected my order and sent the correct parts at no cost to me. I cannot go wrong ordering parts through ECS. They're experienced, courteous and always willing to make their customers happy.

Great customer service hassle free Great customer service hassle free. My package showed up missing two small parts, was shipped replacements the same day. Pretty certain that FedEx was to blame, but ECS didn't make me go through that dreadful claim process. Very thankful for the customer service.
