Their lifetime warranty program is JOKE. You basically have to pay for the defective part a 2nd time to replace it and all they do when they get the part back is give you a in store credit. Why is ECS still in business? Can anyone tell me why this company is still in business? I'll spare you the details of my story with ECS except to say they have no customer service at all. Further, I twice spoke to their sales person who twice forwarded my call to never answer customer service. His name is Michael. I'm considering filing a civil complaint. Obviously they know about their poor service but have chosen to do nothing about it That helps justify punitive damages in a law suite. What do you think the jury will think about all these reviews?
