GBGarbage parts Bad customer service Garbage parts. Defective and cheap spoiler. Looks like junk on the vehicle. If your past the return window good luck getting a replacement! Their lifetime warranty program is JOKE. You basically have to pay for the defective part a 2nd time to replace it and all they do when they get the part back is give you a in store credit. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

GBECS is my go to for anything BMW ECS is my go to for anything BMW. The parts are generally reasonably priced, some great deals come around, and you can get some really quality products. Their staff is ALWAYS helpful with questions and guidance. Never been steered wrong. I get parts for my 1985 535i, 2007 Z4MC, 2007 X3 3.0si, and the 2014 X5 xDrive35i - so their continued support of old and new cars is really important to me.

GBSo this company has no clue when your… So this company has no clue when your product will arrive to you once you buy something. I bought a John cooper works pro exhaust kit April 11,2024 and to this day the 25th is hasn't shipped and the expected shipping day changes week after week. The website says your item typically ships by the 3rd business day completely false. I've also asked for a refund which they never honored they gave me store credit..why would i want store credit to a company that takes months to deliver anything? Am I ordering from Japan? even they would have better ETA's this company suuuucks. Each person i speak with just lies oh yea it should ship on the date website says so, i call in next day its been changed again. It annoys me that ECS comes up on the net first when I'm searching to buy car parts because of how inefficient they are.

GBHow do you get to talk to a real person? UPDATE! Parts arrived in a timely manner and were well packaged. Unfortunately, the exhaust support, which is rubber, was already cracked and broken. Haven't called to replace it yet due to having to buy the replacement and receive credit due to it being a "lifetime warranty part". Just tried to call to straighten this out before leaving a review, but it tells me "how to do a return online" Need to speak to a person, not a cheery, robotic voice that tells me nothing useful! UPDATE: Heard from ECS and they are sending out a replacement part. Throws off the timing of the work a bit, but they made good. Stars updated.

GBDon't rely on ECS Tuning application guide Based upon website guidance, I ordered an auxiliary input wiring harness for my 2003 Mercedes C240. I received it, decided to do some online verification before opening the package. I learned this harness wasn't compatible with my car's wiring. After a lot of hassles I was authorized to return it. I paid shipping both ways for a part incorrect for my car, despite the website claim it would work.
