Upon installation these parts didn’t fit , and after a lot of emails and pictures as I am based in the United Kingdom , the customer service team did their best to help come up with a resolution and will happily recommend and purchase from again. GBA very satisfied customer Placed an order through customer service. When my parts came it was the wrong parts. When I called to explain, the customer service representative was incredibly helpful and corrected my order and sent the correct parts at no cost to me. I cannot go wrong ordering parts through ECS. They're experienced, courteous and always willing to make their customers happy.

GBDon't rely on ECS Tuning application guide Based upon website guidance, I ordered an auxiliary input wiring harness for my 2003 Mercedes C240. I received it, decided to do some online verification before opening the package. I learned this harness wasn't compatible with my car's wiring. After a lot of hassles I was authorized to return it. I paid shipping both ways for a part incorrect for my car, despite the website claim it would work.

GBJust bad customer service They could actually order the parts and not lie to customers. I called in to order my parts, The website and the representatives both said it that the parts were in stocks. Everything that I ordered was in and it should arrive to me within 2 to 3 days. A week later I called to check on my order because I can't even find the email for the order, to track when I called I was told no one but the representative who helped me place the order could figure out what happened to my order. I talk to that representative and was told "oh the orders out. There was a delay I should get my order in the next 2 days. After getting off the phone I magically received my emails with tracking numbers. Telling me the items were just labeled. I would have Appreciate it the truth better than a lie that was back up by your own system.
