GBECS is my go to for anything BMW ECS is my go to for anything BMW. The parts are generally reasonably priced, some great deals come around, and you can get some really quality products. Their staff is ALWAYS helpful with questions and guidance. Never been steered wrong. I get parts for my 1985 535i, 2007 Z4MC, 2007 X3 3.0si, and the 2014 X5 xDrive35i - so their continued support of old and new cars is really important to me.

GBNothing about this transaction went… Nothing about this transaction went well. Ended up buying elsewhere, saving $300+, plus free overnight shipping. Weekend staff online worthless to solve issues. update; BS. I was asking why my payment was not processing, why I had no bonus points, why I could not use the $25 off (which processed the last time I tried) and why I always have trouble signing in... you should at least have read the text. But guess what, I'll probably still have to use y'all since you have bought everyone who supplies BMW parts, etc.

GBBought coated rotors that rusted in 6… Bought coated rotors that rusted in 6 months, In order to get a refund I need to purchase another set from them , I told them I would send them back and if they can return my money? Th Amanda there customer service manager, stated the only way is to repurchase again from them and they would issue a credit . There "HOME OF THE LIFETIME REPLACEMENT" IS A COMPLETE SCAM! I'M AFRAID IF I DID SEND THEM BACK I WOULD NEVER SEE MY MONEY OR CREDIT FROM WHAT I'VE BEEN READING ON ALL THESE SITES THEY'RE A FRAUD AND I NEED TO BE STOPPED!

GBWhy is ECS still in business? Can anyone tell me why this company is still in business? I'll spare you the details of my story with ECS except to say they have no customer service at all. Further, I twice spoke to their sales person who twice forwarded my call to never answer customer service. His name is Michael. I'm considering filing a civil complaint. Obviously they know about their poor service but have chosen to do nothing about it That helps justify punitive damages in a law suite. What do you think the jury will think about all these reviews?
