Great Customer Service Purchased some amazing well built items for my MK6 GTi i had some issues with the parts that I had ordered. Upon installation these parts didn’t fit , and after a lot of emails and pictures as I am based in the United Kingdom , the customer service team did their best to help come up with a resolution and will happily recommend and purchase from again. Garbage parts Bad customer service Garbage parts. Defective and cheap spoiler. Looks like junk on the vehicle. If your past the return window good luck getting a replacement! Their lifetime warranty program is JOKE. You basically have to pay for the defective part a 2nd time to replace it and all they do when they get the part back is give you a in store credit. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
