GBGreat customer service hassle free Great customer service hassle free. My package showed up missing two small parts, was shipped replacements the same day. Pretty certain that FedEx was to blame, but ECS didn't make me go through that dreadful claim process. Very thankful for the customer service.

GBA very satisfied customer Placed an order through customer service. When my parts came it was the wrong parts. When I called to explain, the customer service representative was incredibly helpful and corrected my order and sent the correct parts at no cost to me. I cannot go wrong ordering parts through ECS. They're experienced, courteous and always willing to make their customers happy.

GBWorst company ever , DONT BUY ANYTHING Worst company ever Should be out of business Worst customer service in history Waited over 2 weeks to receive the wrong part Then another week or so trying to talk to somone in there customer service team (they dont answer the phones or email back) Its now been over a month and i have had to fix there mistake myself I dont EVER write reviews EVER unless im that satisfied with customer service for example ARM is above and beyond with there customer service and shipping speeds I went ahead and made this review to show how awefull they are Im that mad and dissatisfied that i wrote a review on every single option to leave a review on This is beyond a disgrace of a company

GBJust bad customer service They could actually order the parts and not lie to customers. I called in to order my parts, The website and the representatives both said it that the parts were in stocks. Everything that I ordered was in and it should arrive to me within 2 to 3 days. A week later I called to check on my order because I can't even find the email for the order, to track when I called I was told no one but the representative who helped me place the order could figure out what happened to my order. I talk to that representative and was told "oh the orders out. There was a delay I should get my order in the next 2 days. After getting off the phone I magically received my emails with tracking numbers. Telling me the items were just labeled. I would have Appreciate it the truth better than a lie that was back up by your own system.
