2 weeks and label created All I have to say is it's been 2 weeks and they have created a shipping label. Haven't shipped yet and they say my running boards will be here in a week. So December 13th to January 4 hopefully. Oedro direct through Amazon with prime 2 day shipping.

I purchased a Tonneau cover for my… I purchased a Tonneau cover for my husbands F150 Platinum. It was his Fathers Day gift. When it arrived it looked right. But when my husband and son attempted to put it on it was too big. I reached out immediately to customer service. They were no help and kept advising me if I wanted to pay $50 to ship it back or just keep it and resale it. I only want what I originally paid for. Not what they sent to me. This has been a customer service nightmare and we still have the wrong Tonneau top.

I ordered a set of running boards that… I ordered a set of running boards that showed up quick but that were the wrong ones the box had the correct number on it but inside thay were for a different truck. i tried to tell customer service thay told me I ordered the wrong one I told them wrong truck she did not understand. Long story short only refund parts I have to pay shipping not cool. Will not buy from this company anymore. Amazon would of taken back no problem next time I guess.

2019 CRV floor mats...Dissapointed I brought a set of floor liners for my daughters 2019 CRV. All the mats except the passenger front mat fit well. The passenger side does not fit on the outer side it folds inward so any dirt ETC.. falls in between onto the carpet. We have contacted them numerous times and they keep telling me to wait. it has been 6 months now and I cannot seem to get a response. I DON'T believe that they stand behind their products an I am Reluctant to recommend them to anyone else.
