GBNo communication, horrible customer service. Placed an order for some accessories many weeks ago. Never received any updates beyond the initial order confirmation. Upon looking at the order status on their site today they have listed it as "refunded". I've never received any communication from them regarding this status change, so now three days before my sons birthday I'm only finding out he won't be getting the gift I planned to give him. This is a horrible way to do business and insanely insensitive to a customer.

GBOne of the worst online vendors out there Ordered a seat for my bike. Upon receiving my order, I open the box and surprise! It was the wrong material. Got in touch with a representative and was told they would rectify the situation. Here it is two weeks later and crickets. No one will return my calls or emails. Now I’m stuck with this seat, and no way to return it for a refund. This seems to be their standard of practice. If you need to buy parts online, take your time and exhaust all options before giving this company your hard earned money. They will let you down

GBAbsolutely the worst customer service… Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They do not answer their phones or return emails in a timely manner. I ordered a product that they had reported was in stock but actually wasnt. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get a refund as they would not even respond. These people are awful...

GBNO CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered 4 items for $700. I received two parts that were $18 each, and did not receive the 2 saddlemen seats I ordered. I called and emailed for 2 weeks, never received a reply. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. Avoid like the plaque!
