Really bad customer service Really bad customer service. I purchased 3 SuperSprox rear sprockets for my DRZ 400SM. Either the parts were shipped/labeled in error, or the were not manufactured correctly. Granted, they say there's a 30 day return policy, but I didn't open the packages for a little over 60 days. The parts do NOT fit. SoloMotoParts gives their 30 day return policy as the reason for refusing a refund. I can't say I ever recall a business sticking to the letter of their policy when it was the business that screwed up. As it stands, I can't even sell them on EBay, since I don't know what hey fit. Thanks!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered 4 items for $700. I received two parts that were $18 each, and did not receive the 2 saddlemen seats I ordered. I called and emailed for 2 weeks, never received a reply. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. Avoid like the plaque!
