They respond to you but will not to anything to rectify problems. Highly would not recommend this company for anything. Edit 12/8/23 As discussed in the emails there has been zero paint work done a can of quick check was used to show how terrible the craftsmanship was of the product. We dont have a issue with the shipping damage its all the poor craftsmanship and the fact we sent several pictures of that. Will stand behind the statement that you are a horrible company to do business with and it looks like your review status says the same. Wish i had looked that up before ordering from your company.

Demon Body Kit for Acura CL 03 I purchased the Demon Body Kit for Acura CL 2003. Overall the experience was good. Customer Service was good and responded fairly quickly to questions. Shipping wasnt long. Took a few weeks for the Body Kit to arrive. The only thing i would complain about is not enough pictures of the rear bumper. Rear bumper to this body kit requires extra metal mesh to support license plate because it comes with a hole in that area to requires further moding. The Body Kit is excellent quality and makes my car look great. Best price on the market for the entire kit. Im happy and pleased with my first experience buying a body kit.

99-04 Cobra R Hood Okay , so I ordered a Cobra R hood for my 99-04 mustang @BodyKits.com and I had #Zero issues . I also called in to verify my order and speak w/ personnel in regards to On-line “reviews” and I was greeted w/ satisfying customer service . I received my package yesterday and all was in great “well packaged” condition . So it’s not all bad , I’m sure I’ll place an order again in the future . Thanks guys 👍🏼

Great looking Great looking, fit perfect just one thing for other customer if you try to close and the hood dosen't Latch down tight and have to push down to close all the way do not push in the center front of hood as it real thin metal lite which I like but I dented the hood trying to close it all the way live and learn !!!

Needs lots of improvement. website should be well kept and up to date, customer service needs 1000 (one thousand) percent improvement. Body Kits sells parts which they don't have and me as customer if I wanna get it I'll have to wait between 6-8 weeks (if I'm lucky) in order for them to receive it and ship it to me. I also asked to be comunicated when item was back in stock and answer was that they are "too busy" to contact everyone...... well.... got parts once, I'm waiting for them but never again.
