USVery Poor Customer service Poor Customer service. I ordered wrong part by mistake and so try to contact customer service but never got response back. Twice thru their website and once by phone call. They took my number, name and order number but never got call back.

USWell-oiled machine It was a 4-1/2 hour drive for my brother & I. Saved a good bit on shipping and bought lunch for both of us at a nearby (and excellent) bbq restaurant afterward. AutoFit’s facility was well lit, there were several service windows to take care of customers, and they moved many in and out of the store while I was there. After a short wait, I received my part in new condition & got back on the road. Thank you.

USBecause of an error on your website Because of an error on your website. The part I ordered was incorrect. The tail light assembly for my 2010 Mercedes GL450 was not as presented in your online ad. The vehicular fitment indicated 2007-2010. My inv# 110685. After speaking with a representative name Brad and being informed that return shipping was my responsibility and a 20% restocking fee would be deducted from my refund. I’ve shipped the part with FedEx Ground. The website ad misled me please correct it.

USSubaru tail light Lense I managed to back into my trash barrel and punched a neat hole in my Subaru Forester tail light lense. The replacement lense NEW was less expensive that a used lense from a local junk yard. Great replacement part and excellent service with free shipping

USThey have got lots of handy products… They have got lots of handy products that are hard to find elsewhere. Seemed there was a lot of employees standing around doing nothing. They kept me waiting for ages it seemed. There's a sign that says if you've been waiting more than 20 minutes see the cashier. Once I started pacing around impatiently I suddenly got helped. All in all I was happy with the products I purchased.
