GBWell-oiled machine It was a 4-1/2 hour drive for my brother & I. Saved a good bit on shipping and bought lunch for both of us at a nearby (and excellent) bbq restaurant afterward. AutoFit’s facility was well lit, there were several service windows to take care of customers, and they moved many in and out of the store while I was there. After a short wait, I received my part in new condition & got back on the road. Thank you.

GBThis place needs to be better…Organized This place needs to be better organized.I placed a order online thinking when I get to Auto fit all my items will be ready for pick up.not they gave me the run around with five items that I order being out of stock going back and forth for a refund back into my credit card.my spend time there was like 3hrs.Now I would seriously look elsewhere to buy aftermarket auto parts before going back there again thanks!!

GBExtremely Poor Service and Communication Auto Fit accepted payment for 4 auto body parts. Their website showed they had the parts in stock. 2 weeks later the parts still have not shipped, they have not communicated with me. After calling I found they only have one of the parts in stock and that is damaged. I will not ever attempt to order any auto parts through this company again. When speaking to them on the phone, I was passed from department to department, communication was very unprofessional.

GBFair Price, Fair Shipping Charge In researching body parts for my van, I noticed other vendors had shipping charges + handling fees exceeding the price of the part. It’s like their business model is to sell you shipping and handling vs. a part. Autofit had a fair price and a fair shipping charge. The part was packed well and it arrived within the specified delivery time. I recommend them.
