10/10 Would Reccommend We were so pleased with our GoGo experience. The driver was warm and prompt, it was clean and well taken care of, and the available amenities really took the value of the experience over the top, especially when considering the reasonable price. the website says "24/7 agents a… the website says "24/7 agents a available" I stayed on hold for 57 mins no one assisted what a messed up company, please don't even call them they will mess-up your trip what a f.... up Company.

Gogo does not belive in risks with COVID We booked a charter on very short notice to transport volleyball teams from Oregon to Idaho. Within 48 hours, we had a break out of COVID, so were not allowed to travel. Gogo would not refund our money at all. We were refunded by the hotels and the tournament, but only Gogo refused to refund. They had not even assigned drivers, because we had no names for the rooms we were buying for the drivers - so I have no idea what their loss truly was. Very disappointing service, and I would not recommend

No Call No Show... Our driver never showed up to work at 4am. The company didn't do any due diligence in order to get us a new one after realizing they didn't show, and then couldn't get another driver until 3 hours after the original time once we complained he was late 3 times. This company just screwed over 50 people (some who traveled across the country) to go on a group trip which was planned for a month ahead of time.

Bus was on time Bus was on time, driver was ready as looked dressed professionally and had routes planned prior to departure. Could not have had a better experience chartering a motor coach than we did through our ride with GOGO Charters
