Sometimes they have no control… I've read the reviews on here an its not good but I had my own experience here which is not bad, but actually good!! Ordered a Strut tower an came in, in 2 weeks, straight to the door. I know during the pandemic a lot of my orders were on hold out do to over 80+ ship liners in customs, from a well know online company parts took 7 months to come in, so everyone is behind but, hopefully now things are different, an good luck to all the 1s who had a bad experience, sometimes they have things out of their own hands with no control. #BenefitOfTheDout

LEGIT. Ordered & received Limited Slip Diff Ordered & received drop-shipped LSD direct from Wavetrac. Best price found. Communication, lack of tracking, and other poor reviews had me skeptical. But I got my LSD and at a good price, took 3.5 weeks from ordering though.

Con Artist Con Artist I ordered a part 6 months ago. The last email I got from them was 4 months ago saying it would arrive within 2 weeks; it never did. Since then, they haven't responded by email or phone (There is nobody there to actually answer the phone or return calls). If only our corrupt Criminal Justice System would actually go after white collar crooks like these instead of targeting the poor and people of color.

Ordered two tires on Nov 6 Ordered two tires on Nov 6, 2022 and received them on Nov 23, 2022. We were not notified of the shipment status until Nov 21, this late notification did have me worried about the order but we did receive the product we ordered on Nov 23. Tires we ordered had better price point and had best final price than any other outlet. I would have rated it 5 stars had we been given better communication on the status of our order. Going total silence in communication with customer for over 2 weeks after placing order has you absolutely nervous about the order.

Scammers!!!!!! Ordered parts, they never said they were not in stock or not available, then got an email stating they out of stock after i reached out, I requested the order to be cancelled & CC to be refunded, which I was told was done, but it's been 3 weeks. Every time I contact them (btw, can only be contacted via email, chat is no help) I get some BS about accounting will be contacting me. Scum of the earth!!!!
