Don’t use MBGRAM They are FAKE! I should have research this company better. All other reviews follow the same protocol the company executes. 1-They advertise in stock or 2-3 weeks. 2- Take your money 3- Never answer the phone, probably fake anyways 4- No address I’m not sure how they even got any rates over 2 stars. Probably fake reviews also! Trash company probably fake. Do not risk you money!

Good product communication needs improvement The product was as expected, and packaged well. It did take 2 months to receive the item. Multiple attempts to contact the home office only to hear that due to the pandemic, staffing wasn't available to take calls, even though the hours of operation were posted. I emailed and got the same canned response every time. Only when I requested my 250.00 back did I get a different reply and a message that my order was being traced. It would have been different if from the start it was made known that the item could take several months to arrive. Item rating 5, customer service, 2.

Sometimes they have no control… I've read the reviews on here an its not good but I had my own experience here which is not bad, but actually good!! Ordered a Strut tower an came in, in 2 weeks, straight to the door. I know during the pandemic a lot of my orders were on hold out do to over 80+ ship liners in customs, from a well know online company parts took 7 months to come in, so everyone is behind but, hopefully now things are different, an good luck to all the 1s who had a bad experience, sometimes they have things out of their own hands with no control. #BenefitOfTheDout

THEFT Ordered a CAI, and after about two weeks of waiting without even getting a tracking number, I emailed customer support. Long story short, after weeks of trying to get the situation resolved, nothing ever shipped and I never got a refund. Customer support just completely stopped answering me. Straight up theft. Would give 0 stars if I could.
