GBScammers!!!!!! Ordered parts, they never said they were not in stock or not available, then got an email stating they out of stock after i reached out, I requested the order to be cancelled & CC to be refunded, which I was told was done, but it's been 3 weeks. Every time I contact them (btw, can only be contacted via email, chat is no help) I get some BS about accounting will be contacting me. Scum of the earth!!!!

GBMy experience was awesome My experience was great, received my drilled rotors sooner than estimated. At first there wasn't any info of tracking but after emailing them(they responded quick) i was able to get info on my items. After receiving items, the team even gave me a call to check up on me and see if the items were as expected. They seem to care for customers and are polite, very good customer service. Will be ordering again.

GBThere site is pretty basic but they… There site is pretty basic but they always have really good deals on parts, shipping isn’t bad either. I’ve bout an intake, a turbo inlet and plugs for my veloster n on two separate occasions and I’ve been happy.

GBScam Company Ordered a rooftop carrier for $729 which was supposed to ship within a week. Emailed to ask when it would ship out and they cancelled the order. Spent four weeks emailing support and accounting as well as calling (they never answer though) trying to get the money refunded. They only say that it is “complete on our end, please email accounting” and accounting only says “please allow 48 hours to respond” and they have never once responded. Currently trying to file a fraud claim with the credit card. Terrible experience.

GBOrdered two tires on Nov 6 Ordered two tires on Nov 6, 2022 and received them on Nov 23, 2022. We were not notified of the shipment status until Nov 21, this late notification did have me worried about the order but we did receive the product we ordered on Nov 23. Tires we ordered had better price point and had best final price than any other outlet. I would have rated it 5 stars had we been given better communication on the status of our order. Going total silence in communication with customer for over 2 weeks after placing order has you absolutely nervous about the order.
