Efficient and Honest Efficient, asked the right questions and let me know of any issues, and most importantly honored the price they quoted me.

They are good and you will be happy... I was initially skeptical about selling my car online. But reached out to DamagedCars.com and had a call within a few hours with an offer. Sold the car with no hassles and it was off my driveway by the end of the week. It was my best car selling experience till date.

Nothing but lowballs… I tried to sell them my 2015 ford fiesta. Only issue it had was a broken windshield (hairline crack) and a small ding in the door. Nothing else was wrong with the car. Their offer I was given was for $640. That’s it. Their competitors offered $4000. If I’m being lowballed like this, I can only imagine how they’ve lowballed everyone else.

Experience with DamagedCars rep through … Experience with DamagedCars rep through phone was fine. However, the experience with the towing company was terrible. They gave me a two hour window in the morning for the tow truck to show. We made multiple calls to get status, but phone rep, who was unprofessional and snappy, kept providing excuses. Tow truck didn't show until until 4pm in the afternoon.
