GBI was super impressed with Katie I was super impressed with Katie. She was on top of the sale and would always call em for follow up without being pushy. That is an art. I am a business owner myself and I wd hire her in heartbeat to be my sales person. There was little hiccup on delivery when the person showed up without my cheque but that too was handled quickly as I called them up and they resolved it ( excep that I had to wait couple of hours).
