They gave me a two hour window in the morning for the tow truck to show. We made multiple calls to get status, but phone rep, who was unprofessional and snappy, kept providing excuses. Tow truck didn't show until until 4pm in the afternoon.

GBMy first pick up was rescheduled the … My first pick up was rescheduled the day of and that was very inconvenient. The driver took my car without consulting with someone at the time of pick up like I told him to do when he actually finally did come. My car also still had personal belongings on it and the tags were still attached. Driver had to bring me back my tags and my check but failed to bring back my Royal license plate cover!
