GBCar arrived safely though communicatoins were unexceptable. After speaking to a gentlemen online, being told someone would be in touch, I never heard again. I called someone a few days before departure and kept getting the run around, how someone else would call me. Complete info was not given to me until the day of pick-up, though could not come to my residence, drop of could not be at my location - had to meet them, driver was not friendly. I would not use this agency again.

GBGreat service, on time , deliver their promisse We needed to transport the cars from California to Utah twice within 2 months period. In each case Secure Auto Shipping did an outstanding job,it was smooth process, easy to communicate, and delivered as promised. We'll use them again for sure.

GBMy daughter put a deposit down and… My daughter put a deposit down and secured a spot on the trailer. The day has arrived for pick up and absolutely NO communication on their part as to who the driver is or when they plan on picking up. I wish she would of read the reviews before she used this company. Luckily for her that her pops has the time and resources to make it Hell for these people if they don't follow through.

GBSCAM!!! SCAM!!! Gave us runaround for 11 days, posted $300 "deposit" with no carrier contacted. Multiple lies on phone, agent "Mike" went invisible, "dispatcher" Mindy had many excuses including, out of office, family issue, death in family. Disappeared for 2 days, would not return phone calls, texts, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! See Dept. of Transportation (DOT) online.
