GBWe used Charters of America to book 2… We used Charters of America to book 2 56 passenger busses for our high school football team on a Friday afternoon. The contract with COA was signed digitally. An email link to submit the payment/deposit was not received until Saturday. On Monday morning, payment was submitted at 0800. We did not received an email confirmation and on Monday afternoon at 5:30EST, we called to confirm that the payment/deposit had been received as no confirmation had been received by us. We spoke to the Customer Service Rep who informed us that the busses were no longer available and had already been leased and they could get us busses from a different location for basically double the quoted price. Apparently a contract means nothing to this company! They took our money for the original quote, but provided nothing! They also said that the deposit/payment was due at contract signing, however the payment link was not received until 24 hours later (Saturday) not even allowing a "business day" to accept payment. It will be 3 to 5 "business day" for them to process my refund! POOR BUSINESS! As a Travel Agency, We would never recommend or use this company to anyone.

GBBest Experience Ever with a Charter Bus We used this service- Great people- Attentive to our ADA needs. They did not rush us off the phone like the other bus companies. We had a great driver, Eugene. He was amazing. Our bus was spotless, Wifi and outlets. We have had bad experience in the past with other companies. Steve and Khalina were on top of everything. The Dispatch team answered at 2am when we had a question about our morning departure. It was great. Thanks again! We will be calling you soon.

GBHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Horrible experience. If possible, I would rate the company a zero. The bus/buses were not al all what the company represented them to be. It turns out that they contract out their business and either do not care or do not check out the buses to be used. For our one trip, a total of three different buses were used to transport my group, because NOT ONE of them was in good repair. All of the buses were old; however, we were told that no bus in the fleet was older than 2012. We were also told the bus would be WiFi equipped and have a rest room. No WiFi and the restroom was not usable. When I tried to use the reportedly 24/7 contact number, another misrepresentation, nothing happened, because no one answered or called back. They had my group paying for a room for the bus driver when he was not at the hotel. No driver or bus was available when needed. I could write a book telling why this company should NEVER be used, but suffice it to say DON’T DO IT!!!
