GBNightmare of an experience........ Horrible customer service!!! They never answer their phone, & they never return a message!!! If there are no problems with your wheels, you'll probably be okay. But if your wheels come in damaged, which mine did, you can forget it!! You're just out there all by yourself!! You can't get a hold of anybody for help!! I'm still trying to get my problem resolved!! Don't walk, run as fast as you can from this website!!!! They don't care about their customers at all!!!!

GBThis is an amendment to the below… This is an amendment to the below review as I can no longer update the review. Bobby has reached out to me and this situation has been resolved. My review was simply based on my experience with their customer service. I did not purchase anything from them, and have since sourced the wheels elsewhere, but I do recommend working with Bobby whom has been excellent with communication.

GBGood quality product. The quality of their products are quite good, but getting a return done was somewhat difficult. It has been all straightened out now with help from Steve.

GBIf I could rate them lower I would. What a joke?!?! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Need I say more? I will anyway. I placed an order with them early on a Thursday morning. The website stated that the wheels were an "in stock" item so I went ahead and purchased them eventhough the shipping was a little overpriced. Late that evening I received an email, after business hours, of course. The email stated that they were expecting a shipment the following week. So I impatiently waited for my wheels. Late the following week I received an email stating the manufacturer said that it would be at least another 2 weeks. I sent an email asking what they were going to do to make it right. They sent an email back the next day saying if I wanted to take my business elsewhere that would be fine with them. 38 warehouses...more like someone working out of his garage at home.
