GBjamb nuts missing. I received the turbo and installed it. At 15 psi the waste gate would open. I called K T performance and explained to them the problem. The sent me a u-tube Visio on how to adjust the waste gate. After watching the vidio I was suppose to adjust the rod on the waste gate with the jamb nuts that where supped to be there. And using an air compressor with a psi regulator. There where no jamb nuts on the rod, so had to remove gate put nuts on and set psi on the gate. All of this after I had installed it, so had to take it back off. So if you buy a turbo don't do like I did and take for granted its assembled correctly. Also the length of time they give you to send in the warenty paperwork is not practical for the do it yourselfer .

What an organization, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY when you read his complaints which are MANY, Suggest once you find the part number on their website, copy and paste on Google. You will find better prices, free shipping, customer service and an Owner and Employees that do not love to argue and/or rude as hell. face#### Reviews After reviewing KTPerformance and owner Kenny Thompson, I HAVE NOW BECAME A WHISTLEBLOWER. The many multiple websites and negative reviews demonstrates further investigation is required. I will be notifying the Florida Attorney General office to open an investigation. It is amazing the complaints and delays for refunds he has gotten by with according to his complaint which can be investigated and hopefully confirmed. As of today, I am a Whistleblower against KTPerformance and Kenny Thompson.

GBBad customer service I ordered a diablosport intune i2 programmer from KT performance for a 2007 GMC Sierra 5.3. I even left a comment in the description box with details on my truck.It was supposed to arrive on Thursday an extra day was added. Got it on Friday. Opened up the box and it was a Superchips programmer for a FORD!! Now I have been diligently trying to get my product or my money returned back to me. It is now Tuesday and still no product or resolution from this company after contacting them Friday morning letting them know they sent the wrong product and I was informed someone would contact me by end of day Friday, but nobody did. The guys at KT working on it seemed like they were trying to resolve the issue, but the supplier for KT Performance doesn't seem to care what they give you, nor do they pay attention to the comments on your order. Finally, after speaking to the guys at KT they got me a return label, but still don't have my product, and can't get it til I return the wrong product they sent. I have been totally honest in my review of this order and I will never place another order with KT Performance. I had to call KT performance on every occasion. I waited til 10a.m. one morning, lunch time another, and 3 pm another day before I called them, because they had not contacted me as I was told. That's why we were in contact everyday. By the way, I placed this order April 14th today being May 5th, 2020 and I still don't have my money after returning the product, but was sent an email confirming my refund yesterday.

GBI ordered a clutch kit from kt… I ordered a clutch kit from kt proformance thinking it was a twin disk clutch kit as shown in the picture they provided on their website but come to find out it was a single disk clutch kit. That wasnt the worst part i ordered the kit and waited for it to ship after a week i never got an email from them saying it shipped. I had to call them to find out what was going on and they found it was a problem in their system they said they would give me a call back and they never did i had to call them 2 more times before it finally got shipped out. All in all i had to wait over 2 weeks to get the clutch kit and to find out it wasnt what i needed so i called them up to ship it back and it took them 2 weeks to email me the return information. This is the worst customer service and worst company ive ever bought parts from.

GBGreat Company, Great Staff!! Ordered aftermarket rims and tires for my new Nissan Titan. The guys in the store did a great job in getting what I was looking for at a great price. Unfortunately the company KT ordered from sent the wrong rims. This was quickly recognized and corrected by the professional staff at KT Performance. Although I had to wait some extra days, they made sure everything was just right before they put the new rims and tires on my truck. They even installed an aftermarket leveling kit that I personally purchased just to make things easier for me. Thanks to Kenny and his staff for an outstanding job!
