This company is a Scam! This company is a Scam! We booked a limo for 7 hours and multiple stops. Confirmed the day of our event. The limo NEVER showed up, leaving all 12 of our prom goers stranded. They were slow to resolve the issue and then when we finally got transportation 3 hours after our scheduled pick up, they charged our card for full amount. Terrible company! Do not recommend!

BRIDES BEWARE!! Planning a wedding in a pandemic is already hard enough, but when you literally book and make a payment for the stretch hummer limo and they can’t even take the time to reach out, even after we have left at least 10 voicemails. Very unprofessional, very dissatisfied, and very upset to have to find something else for our wedding day, with one weeks notice.

They are a complete sham and a rip-off. Not only did they charge my credit card without authorization, but they also failed to show up not once, but twice! It's clear that this is a fake company preying on unsuspecting customers. The first time I booked their service, I was left waiting for hours at my designated pickup location, only to be met with silence when I tried to reach their customer service. I foolishly decided to give them a second chance, hoping it was just an unfortunate mistake. To my dismay, the exact same thing happened again. They took my money and left me stranded. I've since disputed the charges with my credit card company, but this experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away from this fraudulent limousine company. They are not to be trusted. Expensive, tripled charged and sent terrible equipment Desperate to secure buses to send to football playoff game, we knew we would have to pay an higher price. We requested two 56 passenger buses. They sent one 56 passenger bus and one 35 passenger bus, both were in horrible condition, and they charged us the same for both buses. (approximately $2700 each) It was more than double that the other companies would normally charged. Additionally, they "accidentally" charged our credit card six times thus wiping out our checking accounts leaving nothing for meals,etc. for our team. We are not a rich school, quite the opposite actually. The buses' bodies were cracked as if they had been hit, the seats were thread worn, and the entertainment didn't work. Company should be ashamed of themselves in every way as they took advantage of a last minute situation.

Executive Party Bus – amazing customer service I guess not much is known about party buses, at-least, I did not know much. Our company needed an executive bus for our company in Seattle, WA. Global came through and made it happen, I must mention that Daisy very dedicated, punctual in calling us back – amazing customer service. Daisy hooked it up with an executive party bus with black leather interior. The bus gave a business style theme, yet, enough of the party amenities inside. We had a blast.
