Not Trustworthy! DO NOT USE!!!! This guy is currently trying to scam money out of us after he couldn't book a prom bus for a group of teenagers in Minnesota. The bus he was trying to book wasn't available so we decided we could find an available bus on our own so we told him we didn't need his services and he then charged my credit card for double the original amount he was going to charge and claimed we authorized him to charge that. I am currently having to dispute his false charge of $600 that we NEVER authorized and he didn't do any thing for us!! He is not someone I would ever advice working with. Even after he agreed on a phone conversation that the FALSE charges would be refunded I find out today he is still trying to push this through my credit card company. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

Driver left us stranded at wrong… Driver left us stranded at wrong destination despite us reminding him of our pickup point prior to drive off. The company doesn’t even answer calls post booking confirmation so you are unable to change pick up point etc. Very terrible experience 0/10 would never recommend. 21 people left stranded in the middle of the night after we’ve paid. Terrible behaviour

Stay away!! Beware as they will not make good on… Beware as they will not make good on their quote even if they confirmed it and you provided your payment information. Stay away as they increased my cost $400 three weeks from the date of use. Stay away from this company.

Global limo only post the good reviews… Global limo only post the good reviews so they look good,don't trust them. Booked my limo online, received ride number and total price. two weeks after spoke with rep on phone to confirm my date and the priced was $400 more the original and was told tip and gas wasn't included but now with the increase it was. Spencer our driver tried to screw me out of another tip by telling me the price didn't include that. never paid another dime plus he only opened our door once the entire day wine tasting.

Find a better company to use Planning a wedding during a pandemic is hard enough but it was made harder by dealing with vendors like global limo. We had been displaced from our venue and no longer needed transportation for a large number or for the length of time we originally asked for. After several phone calls I realized I was speaking to the manager and he lied to me about being in charge. He told me he couldn’t give me the contact info to speak with the manager after several days of saying he would. We finally were able to get to a price that was lower but still overpriced for the 2 hours we needed the limo. Come our wedding day the limo comes and has NO air conditioning and was a Hot August day. Limo driver left without giving my my change. I’ve tried contacting them but of course no answer. Worst service ever! I am not one to leave negative reviews but I didn’t want others to melt like myself and my bridal party did.
