Expensive, tripled charged and sent terrible equipment Desperate to secure buses to send to football playoff game, we knew we would have to pay an higher price. We requested two 56 passenger buses. They sent one 56 passenger bus and one 35 passenger bus, both were in horrible condition, and they charged us the same for both buses. (approximately $2700 each) It was more than double that the other companies would normally charged. Additionally, they "accidentally" charged our credit card six times thus wiping out our checking accounts leaving nothing for meals,etc. for our team. We are not a rich school, quite the opposite actually. The buses' bodies were cracked as if they had been hit, the seats were thread worn, and the entertainment didn't work. Company should be ashamed of themselves in every way as they took advantage of a last minute situation.

Driver left us stranded at wrong… Driver left us stranded at wrong destination despite us reminding him of our pickup point prior to drive off. The company doesn’t even answer calls post booking confirmation so you are unable to change pick up point etc. Very terrible experience 0/10 would never recommend. 21 people left stranded in the middle of the night after we’ve paid. Dissatisfied customer I hosted a party for my sisters and brothers birthday on Dec 26, 2015. I was unsatisfied with the bus presented. I rented the Mercedes party bus for 1300.00. I had 50 drinking passengers with no working toilet, which obligated some individuals to have to urinate into empty bottles, disgusting to say the very least. The bus driver got lost or something on the way to the destination which caused the rate for our club sections to go up 15.00 more per person times 46 people, that caused a financial hardship. I know that if i pay 1300.00 I expect the service to be at least 5stars. I am requesting a partial refund for the discrepancies. Thank you

SCAM ALERT!! PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END!! I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this so-called "limousine company." I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. They are a complete sham and a rip-off. Not only did they charge my credit card without authorization, but they also failed to show up not once, but twice! It's clear that this is a fake company preying on unsuspecting customers. The first time I booked their service, I was left waiting for hours at my designated pickup location, only to be met with silence when I tried to reach their customer service. I foolishly decided to give them a second chance, hoping it was just an unfortunate mistake. To my dismay, the exact same thing happened again. They took my money and left me stranded. I've since disputed the charges with my credit card company, but this experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away from this fraudulent limousine company. They are not to be trusted. MOREOVER, THE AGENT TOLD ME THEY ARE A THIRD PARTY LIMOUSINE COMPANY BASED OUT OF UNITED STATES. THEY DO NOT OWN ANY VEHICLES. NEVER USE GLOBAL LIMOS. This company is a SCAM. We called Global Limos and arranged a price for a party bus with "Harry", who he agreed to the price verbally and confirmed via text. After the reservation was made, we reached out to our rep because we had not received official confirmation of our payment. A few days before the event, he texted us back saying that the price would be thousands of dollars more than he previously agreed, initially stating that it was "because the bus broke down." After inquiring further, it became clear that the price was raised because "it was a busy night for proms" and they thought they could get a better deal from another group. This left us unable to find a new company only days before the event. Several other customers have reported similar experiences. Global Limos is an unreliable, untrustworthy company and I would not recommend to anyone. Zero stars.
