Expensive, tripled charged and sent terrible equipment Desperate to secure buses to send to football playoff game, we knew we would have to pay an higher price. We requested two 56 passenger buses. They sent one 56 passenger bus and one 35 passenger bus, both were in horrible condition, and they charged us the same for both buses. (approximately $2700 each) It was more than double that the other companies would normally charged. Additionally, they "accidentally" charged our credit card six times thus wiping out our checking accounts leaving nothing for meals,etc. for our team. We are not a rich school, quite the opposite actually. The buses' bodies were cracked as if they had been hit, the seats were thread worn, and the entertainment didn't work. Company should be ashamed of themselves in every way as they took advantage of a last minute situation.

SCAM ALERT!! PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END!! I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this so-called "limousine company." I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. They are a complete sham and a rip-off. Not only did they charge my credit card without authorization, but they also failed to show up not once, but twice! It's clear that this is a fake company preying on unsuspecting customers. The first time I booked their service, I was left waiting for hours at my designated pickup location, only to be met with silence when I tried to reach their customer service. I foolishly decided to give them a second chance, hoping it was just an unfortunate mistake. To my dismay, the exact same thing happened again. They took my money and left me stranded. I've since disputed the charges with my credit card company, but this experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away from this fraudulent limousine company. They are not to be trusted. MOREOVER, THE AGENT TOLD ME THEY ARE A THIRD PARTY LIMOUSINE COMPANY BASED OUT OF UNITED STATES. THEY DO NOT OWN ANY VEHICLES. Great SUV Service for Napa wine tour Great service, we rented a SUV from Roseville Ca to Napa. The SUV was late model, the leather interior was pristine, we thoroughly enjoyed the wine tour. We went to the Sterling winery in Saint Helena. Our time was going to be half an hour over the limit, however, we were given a grace period without any extra charge. Next time, we are going to try a Hummer limo rental. I will thoroughly recommend their service.

Not Trustworthy! DO NOT USE!!!! This guy is currently trying to scam money out of us after he couldn't book a prom bus for a group of teenagers in Minnesota. The bus he was trying to book wasn't available so we decided we could find an available bus on our own so we told him we didn't need his services and he then charged my credit card for double the original amount he was going to charge and claimed we authorized him to charge that. I am currently having to dispute his false charge of $600 that we NEVER authorized and he didn't do any thing for us!! He is not someone I would ever advice working with. Even after he agreed on a phone conversation that the FALSE charges would be refunded I find out today he is still trying to push this through my credit card company. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

Searching for a party bus/limo for a… Searching for a party bus/limo for a 21st birthday celebration. Contacted company and was told a different price than their on-line "special". On-line also noted there is a no cancellation fee, but the agent, who would not disclose his location, said there is a $300 cancellation fee. I ended the call feeling like this is a scam and I could not rely on this transportation.
