I tried many limousines and party bus… I tried many limousines and party bus rental companies from Yelp and Craigslist and found Global Limos. I booked with the agent, David. He offered me a 2021 Escalade SUV for a night on the town in Upland, CA. Moreover, I have used them for transportation several times and never faced any issues from making a reservation until the end of the trip. Their service was excellent, and their prices were very reasonable. The drivers always treated us like royalty and made us feel comfortable during the ride. I highly recommend them. Russel

Not Trustworthy! DO NOT USE!!!! This guy is currently trying to scam money out of us after he couldn't book a prom bus for a group of teenagers in Minnesota. The bus he was trying to book wasn't available so we decided we could find an available bus on our own so we told him we didn't need his services and he then charged my credit card for double the original amount he was going to charge and claimed we authorized him to charge that. I am currently having to dispute his false charge of $600 that we NEVER authorized and he didn't do any thing for us!! He is not someone I would ever advice working with. Even after he agreed on a phone conversation that the FALSE charges would be refunded I find out today he is still trying to push this through my credit card company. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

Driver left us stranded at wrong… Driver left us stranded at wrong destination despite us reminding him of our pickup point prior to drive off. The company doesn’t even answer calls post booking confirmation so you are unable to change pick up point etc. Very terrible experience 0/10 would never recommend. 21 people left stranded in the middle of the night after we’ve paid. Find a better company to use Planning a wedding during a pandemic is hard enough but it was made harder by dealing with vendors like global limo. We had been displaced from our venue and no longer needed transportation for a large number or for the length of time we originally asked for. After several phone calls I realized I was speaking to the manager and he lied to me about being in charge. He told me he couldn’t give me the contact info to speak with the manager after several days of saying he would. We finally were able to get to a price that was lower but still overpriced for the 2 hours we needed the limo. Come our wedding day the limo comes and has NO air conditioning and was a Hot August day. Limo driver left without giving my my change. I’ve tried contacting them but of course no answer. Worst service ever! I am not one to leave negative reviews but I didn’t want others to melt like myself and my bridal party did.

Searching for a party bus/limo for a… Searching for a party bus/limo for a 21st birthday celebration. Contacted company and was told a different price than their on-line "special". On-line also noted there is a no cancellation fee, but the agent, who would not disclose his location, said there is a $300 cancellation fee. I ended the call feeling like this is a scam and I could not rely on this transportation.
