On-line also noted there is a no cancellation fee, but the agent, who would not disclose his location, said there is a $300 cancellation fee. I ended the call feeling like this is a scam and I could not rely on this transportation.

SCAM SCAM I booked and got charged for a limo and when it didn’t show up at the scheduled time I called they said they didn’t charge anything and that they cancelled the ride. Yet they still charged me fir a limo i, personally, didn’t cancel. Do not buy anything off this site this is a scam and you will get several calls from your bank saying it’s fraud, because it is.

Can I have your Attention! Can I have your Attention! This company is a brokerage. They have zero vehicles. What they do after you place a reservation is reach out to every legitimate and even non legitimate companies in that area and try to find you a ride. They could care less if the vehicle shows up or not. They get their commission by reserving a vehicle for you. They also do not carry enough insurance to cover you if for some reason you would be in an accident in one of the vehicles rented. You can figure out what companies are legit in your area by first searching out limo services in your area and then going to saferweb and entering the company's business name. If it does not say authorized for passenger you are renting an illegal vehicle. I hope this explains why different vehicles show up than what are advertised and why people do not answer the phone when you call. We have been in business since 2005 and these people are the bottom dwellers of our industry.

Driver left us stranded at wrong… Driver left us stranded at wrong destination despite us reminding him of our pickup point prior to drive off. The company doesn’t even answer calls post booking confirmation so you are unable to change pick up point etc. Very terrible experience 0/10 would never recommend. 21 people left stranded in the middle of the night after we’ve paid. Booked my limo online, received ride number and total price. two weeks after spoke with rep on phone to confirm my date and the priced was $400 more the original and was told tip and gas wasn't included but now with the increase it was. Spencer our driver tried to screw me out of another tip by telling me the price didn't include that. never paid another dime plus he only opened our door once the entire day wine tasting.
