BRIDES BEWARE!! Planning a wedding in a pandemic is already hard enough, but when you literally book and make a payment for the stretch hummer limo and they can’t even take the time to reach out, even after we have left at least 10 voicemails. Very unprofessional, very dissatisfied, and very upset to have to find something else for our wedding day, with one weeks notice.

SCAM SCAM I booked and got charged for a limo and when it didn’t show up at the scheduled time I called they said they didn’t charge anything and that they cancelled the ride. Yet they still charged me fir a limo i, personally, didn’t cancel. Do not buy anything off this site this is a scam and you will get several calls from your bank saying it’s fraud, because it is.

I don’t share reviews often I don’t share reviews often, but when a company has poor customer service, I think it’s necessary because I would like to hear other people’s experience before choosing. We called global limosuines and arranged a price that they verbally and via text agreed to. After trying to reach them for a few days leading up to our event, the rep we spoke with wasn’t answering or returning our calls. This was after telling us he would call us back after speaking with his manager days earlier to confirm prices. Close to the event, he texted us back saying that the price they could do would be hundreds of dollars more than he previously agreed. I again called him and he didn’t go to a manager for me to speak with, nor did he ramnify there poor customer service. We were put off and the price was raised by hundreds of dollars right before our event. Leaving us to search for a new company right before we needed a limo. I’d recommend avoiding global limousines, or at least know what happened with our experience.

SCAM ALERT!! PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END!! I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this so-called "limousine company." I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. They are a complete sham and a rip-off. Not only did they charge my credit card without authorization, but they also failed to show up not once, but twice! It's clear that this is a fake company preying on unsuspecting customers. The first time I booked their service, I was left waiting for hours at my designated pickup location, only to be met with silence when I tried to reach their customer service. I foolishly decided to give them a second chance, hoping it was just an unfortunate mistake. To my dismay, the exact same thing happened again. They took my money and left me stranded. I've since disputed the charges with my credit card company, but this experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away from this fraudulent limousine company. They are not to be trusted. MOREOVER, THE AGENT TOLD ME THEY ARE A THIRD PARTY LIMOUSINE COMPANY BASED OUT OF UNITED STATES. THEY DO NOT OWN ANY VEHICLES. PLEASE CHECK THEIR TERMS & CONDITIONS ON THEIR CONTRACT; WHERE YOU SIGN & UPLOAD A PICTURE OF YOUR ID.

Great SUV Service for Napa wine tour Great service, we rented a SUV from Roseville Ca to Napa. The SUV was late model, the leather interior was pristine, we thoroughly enjoyed the wine tour. We went to the Sterling winery in Saint Helena. Our time was going to be half an hour over the limit, however, we were given a grace period without any extra charge. Next time, we are going to try a Hummer limo rental. I will thoroughly recommend their service.
