GBI don’t share reviews often I don’t share reviews often, but when a company has poor customer service, I think it’s necessary because I would like to hear other people’s experience before choosing. We called global limosuines and arranged a price that they verbally and via text agreed to. After trying to reach them for a few days leading up to our event, the rep we spoke with wasn’t answering or returning our calls. This was after telling us he would call us back after speaking with his manager days earlier to confirm prices. Close to the event, he texted us back saying that the price they could do would be hundreds of dollars more than he previously agreed. I again called him and he didn’t go to a manager for me to speak with, nor did he ramnify there poor customer service. We were put off and the price was raised by hundreds of dollars right before our event. Leaving us to search for a new company right before we needed a limo. I’d recommend avoiding global limousines, or at least know what happened with our experience.

GBExpensive, tripled charged and sent terrible equipment Desperate to secure buses to send to football playoff game, we knew we would have to pay an higher price. We requested two 56 passenger buses. They sent one 56 passenger bus and one 35 passenger bus, both were in horrible condition, and they charged us the same for both buses. (approximately $2700 each) It was more than double that the other companies would normally charged. Additionally, they "accidentally" charged our credit card six times thus wiping out our checking accounts leaving nothing for meals,etc. for our team. We are not a rich school, quite the opposite actually. The buses' bodies were cracked as if they had been hit, the seats were thread worn, and the entertainment didn't work. Company should be ashamed of themselves in every way as they took advantage of a last minute situation.

GBSprinter rental The Mercedes Sprinter they offered was amazing. LED ceiling, wood floor, the cool bar with flute holders, and the off-the-hook sound system set a perfect setup for party scene. We had an amazing time in the Sprinter. The driver was professional and courteous. If you’re in Vegas, call Global Limos for Mercedes Sprinter — highly recommended. I want to rent the executive they offer next. Thanks guys

CAFind a better company to use Planning a wedding during a pandemic is hard enough but it was made harder by dealing with vendors like global limo. We had been displaced from our venue and no longer needed transportation for a large number or for the length of time we originally asked for. After several phone calls I realized I was speaking to the manager and he lied to me about being in charge. He told me he couldn’t give me the contact info to speak with the manager after several days of saying he would. We finally were able to get to a price that was lower but still overpriced for the 2 hours we needed the limo. Come our wedding day the limo comes and has NO air conditioning and was a Hot August day. Limo driver left without giving my my change. I’ve tried contacting them but of course no answer. Worst service ever! I am not one to leave negative reviews but I didn’t want others to melt like myself and my bridal party did.

GBNEVER USE GLOBAL LIMOS. This company is a SCAM. We called Global Limos and arranged a price for a party bus with "Harry", who he agreed to the price verbally and confirmed via text. After the reservation was made, we reached out to our rep because we had not received official confirmation of our payment. A few days before the event, he texted us back saying that the price would be thousands of dollars more than he previously agreed, initially stating that it was "because the bus broke down." After inquiring further, it became clear that the price was raised because "it was a busy night for proms" and they thought they could get a better deal from another group. This left us unable to find a new company only days before the event. Several other customers have reported similar experiences. Global Limos is an unreliable, untrustworthy company and I would not recommend to anyone. Zero stars.
