GBGreat SUV Service for Napa wine tour Great service, we rented a SUV from Roseville Ca to Napa. The SUV was late model, the leather interior was pristine, we thoroughly enjoyed the wine tour. We went to the Sterling winery in Saint Helena. Our time was going to be half an hour over the limit, however, we were given a grace period without any extra charge. Next time, we are going to try a Hummer limo rental. I will thoroughly recommend their service.

GBI don’t share reviews often I don’t share reviews often, but when a company has poor customer service, I think it’s necessary because I would like to hear other people’s experience before choosing. We called global limosuines and arranged a price that they verbally and via text agreed to. After trying to reach them for a few days leading up to our event, the rep we spoke with wasn’t answering or returning our calls. This was after telling us he would call us back after speaking with his manager days earlier to confirm prices. Close to the event, he texted us back saying that the price they could do would be hundreds of dollars more than he previously agreed. I again called him and he didn’t go to a manager for me to speak with, nor did he ramnify there poor customer service. We were put off and the price was raised by hundreds of dollars right before our event. Leaving us to search for a new company right before we needed a limo. I’d recommend avoiding global limousines, or at least know what happened with our experience.

GBNot Trustworthy! DO NOT USE!!!! This guy is currently trying to scam money out of us after he couldn't book a prom bus for a group of teenagers in Minnesota. The bus he was trying to book wasn't available so we decided we could find an available bus on our own so we told him we didn't need his services and he then charged my credit card for double the original amount he was going to charge and claimed we authorized him to charge that. I am currently having to dispute his false charge of $600 that we NEVER authorized and he didn't do any thing for us!! He is not someone I would ever advice working with. Even after he agreed on a phone conversation that the FALSE charges would be refunded I find out today he is still trying to push this through my credit card company. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

GBGlobal limo only post the good reviews… Global limo only post the good reviews so they look good,don't trust them. Booked my limo online, received ride number and total price. two weeks after spoke with rep on phone to confirm my date and the priced was $400 more the original and was told tip and gas wasn't included but now with the increase it was. Spencer our driver tried to screw me out of another tip by telling me the price didn't include that. never paid another dime plus he only opened our door once the entire day wine tasting.

GBDissatisfied customer I hosted a party for my sisters and brothers birthday on Dec 26, 2015. I was unsatisfied with the bus presented. I rented the Mercedes party bus for 1300.00. I had 50 drinking passengers with no working toilet, which obligated some individuals to have to urinate into empty bottles, disgusting to say the very least. The bus driver got lost or something on the way to the destination which caused the rate for our club sections to go up 15.00 more per person times 46 people, that caused a financial hardship. I know that if i pay 1300.00 I expect the service to be at least 5stars. I am requesting a partial refund for the discrepancies. Thank you
