NEVER USE GLOBAL LIMOS. This company is a SCAM. We called Global Limos and arranged a price for a party bus with "Harry", who he agreed to the price verbally and confirmed via text. After the reservation was made, we reached out to our rep because we had not received official confirmation of our payment. A few days before the event, he texted us back saying that the price would be thousands of dollars more than he previously agreed, initially stating that it was "because the bus broke down." After inquiring further, it became clear that the price was raised because "it was a busy night for proms" and they thought they could get a better deal from another group. This left us unable to find a new company only days before the event. Several other customers have reported similar experiences. Global Limos is an unreliable, untrustworthy company and I would not recommend to anyone. Zero stars.

Driver left us stranded at wrong… Driver left us stranded at wrong destination despite us reminding him of our pickup point prior to drive off. The company doesn’t even answer calls post booking confirmation so you are unable to change pick up point etc. Very terrible experience 0/10 would never recommend. 21 people left stranded in the middle of the night after we’ve paid. Not Trustworthy! DO NOT USE!!!! This guy is currently trying to scam money out of us after he couldn't book a prom bus for a group of teenagers in Minnesota. The bus he was trying to book wasn't available so we decided we could find an available bus on our own so we told him we didn't need his services and he then charged my credit card for double the original amount he was going to charge and claimed we authorized him to charge that. I am currently having to dispute his false charge of $600 that we NEVER authorized and he didn't do any thing for us!! He is not someone I would ever advice working with. Even after he agreed on a phone conversation that the FALSE charges would be refunded I find out today he is still trying to push this through my credit card company. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

Great SUV Service for Napa wine tour Great service, we rented a SUV from Roseville Ca to Napa. The SUV was late model, the leather interior was pristine, we thoroughly enjoyed the wine tour. We went to the Sterling winery in Saint Helena. Our time was going to be half an hour over the limit, however, we were given a grace period without any extra charge. Next time, we are going to try a Hummer limo rental. I will thoroughly recommend their service.

Sprinter rental The Mercedes Sprinter they offered was amazing. LED ceiling, wood floor, the cool bar with flute holders, and the off-the-hook sound system set a perfect setup for party scene. We had an amazing time in the Sprinter. The driver was professional and courteous. If you’re in Vegas, call Global Limos for Mercedes Sprinter — highly recommended. I want to rent the executive they offer next. Thanks guys
