Find a better company to use Planning a wedding during a pandemic is hard enough but it was made harder by dealing with vendors like global limo. We had been displaced from our venue and no longer needed transportation for a large number or for the length of time we originally asked for. After several phone calls I realized I was speaking to the manager and he lied to me about being in charge. He told me he couldn’t give me the contact info to speak with the manager after several days of saying he would. We finally were able to get to a price that was lower but still overpriced for the 2 hours we needed the limo. Come our wedding day the limo comes and has NO air conditioning and was a Hot August day. Limo driver left without giving my my change. I’ve tried contacting them but of course no answer. Worst service ever! I am not one to leave negative reviews but I didn’t want others to melt like myself and my bridal party did.

Executive Party Bus – amazing customer service I guess not much is known about party buses, at-least, I did not know much. Our company needed an executive bus for our company in Seattle, WA. Global came through and made it happen, I must mention that Daisy very dedicated, punctual in calling us back – amazing customer service. Daisy hooked it up with an executive party bus with black leather interior. The bus gave a business style theme, yet, enough of the party amenities inside. We had a blast.

BRIDES BEWARE!! Planning a wedding in a pandemic is already hard enough, but when you literally book and make a payment for the stretch hummer limo and they can’t even take the time to reach out, even after we have left at least 10 voicemails. Very unprofessional, very dissatisfied, and very upset to have to find something else for our wedding day, with one weeks notice.

Great Overall Experience Got a limo bus to BVJ with Ross our Driver. Ross was awesome, was very accommodating and communicated perfectly as there was a little confusion at the event. Booking the limo was easy and Cherry was very helpful with last minute changes due to unforeseen closer. I'd happily book with them again! Thanks Tyler

Global limo only post the good reviews… Global limo only post the good reviews so they look good,don't trust them. Booked my limo online, received ride number and total price. two weeks after spoke with rep on phone to confirm my date and the priced was $400 more the original and was told tip and gas wasn't included but now with the increase it was. Spencer our driver tried to screw me out of another tip by telling me the price didn't include that. never paid another dime plus he only opened our door once the entire day wine tasting.
