Sprinter rental The Mercedes Sprinter they offered was amazing. LED ceiling, wood floor, the cool bar with flute holders, and the off-the-hook sound system set a perfect setup for party scene. We had an amazing time in the Sprinter. The driver was professional and courteous. If you’re in Vegas, call Global Limos for Mercedes Sprinter — highly recommended. Great Overall Experience Got a limo bus to BVJ with Ross our Driver. Ross was awesome, was very accommodating and communicated perfectly as there was a little confusion at the event. Dissatisfied customer I hosted a party for my sisters and brothers birthday on Dec 26, 2015. I was unsatisfied with the bus presented. I rented the Mercedes party bus for 1300.00. I had 50 drinking passengers with no working toilet, which obligated some individuals to have to urinate into empty bottles, disgusting to say the very least. The bus driver got lost or something on the way to the destination which caused the rate for our club sections to go up 15.00 more per person times 46 people, that caused a financial hardship. I know that if i pay 1300.00 I expect the service to be at least 5stars. I am requesting a partial refund for the discrepancies. Thank you

Can I have your Attention! Can I have your Attention! This company is a brokerage. They have zero vehicles. What they do after you place a reservation is reach out to every legitimate and even non legitimate companies in that area and try to find you a ride. They could care less if the vehicle shows up or not. They get their commission by reserving a vehicle for you. They also do not carry enough insurance to cover you if for some reason you would be in an accident in one of the vehicles rented. You can figure out what companies are legit in your area by first searching out limo services in your area and then going to saferweb and entering the company's business name. If it does not say authorized for passenger you are renting an illegal vehicle. I hope this explains why different vehicles show up than what are advertised and why people do not answer the phone when you call. We have been in business since 2005 and these people are the bottom dwellers of our industry.

Expensive, tripled charged and sent terrible equipment Desperate to secure buses to send to football playoff game, we knew we would have to pay an higher price. We requested two 56 passenger buses. They sent one 56 passenger bus and one 35 passenger bus, both were in horrible condition, and they charged us the same for both buses. (approximately $2700 each) It was more than double that the other companies would normally charged. Additionally, they "accidentally" charged our credit card six times thus wiping out our checking accounts leaving nothing for meals,etc. for our team. We are not a rich school, quite the opposite actually. The buses' bodies were cracked as if they had been hit, the seats were thread worn, and the entertainment didn't work. Company should be ashamed of themselves in every way as they took advantage of a last minute situation.
