Driver left us stranded at wrong… Driver left us stranded at wrong destination despite us reminding him of our pickup point prior to drive off. The company doesn’t even answer calls post booking confirmation so you are unable to change pick up point etc. Very terrible experience 0/10 would never recommend. 21 people left stranded in the middle of the night after we’ve paid. I don’t share reviews often I don’t share reviews often, but when a company has poor customer service, I think it’s necessary because I would like to hear other people’s experience before choosing. We called global limosuines and arranged a price that they verbally and via text agreed to. After trying to reach them for a few days leading up to our event, the rep we spoke with wasn’t answering or returning our calls. This was after telling us he would call us back after speaking with his manager days earlier to confirm prices. Close to the event, he texted us back saying that the price they could do would be hundreds of dollars more than he previously agreed. I again called him and he didn’t go to a manager for me to speak with, nor did he ramnify there poor customer service. We were put off and the price was raised by hundreds of dollars right before our event. Leaving us to search for a new company right before we needed a limo. I’d recommend avoiding global limousines, or at least know what happened with our experience.

SCAM ALERT!! PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END!! I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this so-called "limousine company." I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. They are a complete sham and a rip-off. Not only did they charge my credit card without authorization, but they also failed to show up not once, but twice! It's clear that this is a fake company preying on unsuspecting customers. The first time I booked their service, I was left waiting for hours at my designated pickup location, only to be met with silence when I tried to reach their customer service. I foolishly decided to give them a second chance, hoping it was just an unfortunate mistake. To my dismay, the exact same thing happened again. They took my money and left me stranded. I've since disputed the charges with my credit card company, but this experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away from this fraudulent limousine company. They are not to be trusted. MOREOVER, THE AGENT TOLD ME THEY ARE A THIRD PARTY LIMOUSINE COMPANY BASED OUT OF UNITED STATES. THEY DO NOT OWN ANY VEHICLES. PLEASE CHECK THEIR TERMS & CONDITIONS ON THEIR CONTRACT; WHERE YOU SIGN & UPLOAD A PICTURE OF YOUR ID.

Can I have your Attention! Can I have your Attention! This company is a brokerage. They have zero vehicles. What they do after you place a reservation is reach out to every legitimate and even non legitimate companies in that area and try to find you a ride. They could care less if the vehicle shows up or not. They get their commission by reserving a vehicle for you. They also do not carry enough insurance to cover you if for some reason you would be in an accident in one of the vehicles rented. You can figure out what companies are legit in your area by first searching out limo services in your area and then going to saferweb and entering the company's business name. If it does not say authorized for passenger you are renting an illegal vehicle. I hope this explains why different vehicles show up than what are advertised and why people do not answer the phone when you call. We have been in business since 2005 and these people are the bottom dwellers of our industry.

NEVER USE GLOBAL LIMOS. This company is a SCAM. We called Global Limos and arranged a price for a party bus with "Harry", who he agreed to the price verbally and confirmed via text. After the reservation was made, we reached out to our rep because we had not received official confirmation of our payment. A few days before the event, he texted us back saying that the price would be thousands of dollars more than he previously agreed, initially stating that it was "because the bus broke down." After inquiring further, it became clear that the price was raised because "it was a busy night for proms" and they thought they could get a better deal from another group. This left us unable to find a new company only days before the event. Several other customers have reported similar experiences. Global Limos is an unreliable, untrustworthy company and I would not recommend to anyone. Zero stars.
