The company doesn’t even answer calls post booking confirmation so you are unable to change pick up point etc. Very terrible experience 0/10 would never recommend. 21 people left stranded in the middle of the night after we’ve paid. Expensive, tripled charged and sent terrible equipment Desperate to secure buses to send to football playoff game, we knew we would have to pay an higher price. We requested two 56 passenger buses. They sent one 56 passenger bus and one 35 passenger bus, both were in horrible condition, and they charged us the same for both buses. (approximately $2700 each) It was more than double that the other companies would normally charged. Additionally, they "accidentally" charged our credit card six times thus wiping out our checking accounts leaving nothing for meals,etc. for our team. We are not a rich school, quite the opposite actually. The buses' bodies were cracked as if they had been hit, the seats were thread worn, and the entertainment didn't work. Company should be ashamed of themselves in every way as they took advantage of a last minute situation.

Can I have your Attention! Can I have your Attention! This company is a brokerage. They have zero vehicles. What they do after you place a reservation is reach out to every legitimate and even non legitimate companies in that area and try to find you a ride. They could care less if the vehicle shows up or not. They get their commission by reserving a vehicle for you. They also do not carry enough insurance to cover you if for some reason you would be in an accident in one of the vehicles rented. You can figure out what companies are legit in your area by first searching out limo services in your area and then going to saferweb and entering the company's business name. If it does not say authorized for passenger you are renting an illegal vehicle. I hope this explains why different vehicles show up than what are advertised and why people do not answer the phone when you call. We have been in business since 2005 and these people are the bottom dwellers of our industry.

Planning a wedding in a pandemic is already hard enough, but when you literally book and make a payment for the stretch hummer limo and they can’t even take the time to reach out, even after we have left at least 10 voicemails. Very unprofessional, very dissatisfied, and very upset to have to find something else for our wedding day, with one weeks notice.

Booked my limo online, received ride number and total price. two weeks after spoke with rep on phone to confirm my date and the priced was $400 more the original and was told tip and gas wasn't included but now with the increase it was. Spencer our driver tried to screw me out of another tip by telling me the price didn't include that. never paid another dime plus he only opened our door once the entire day wine tasting.
