Driver left us stranded at wrong… Driver left us stranded at wrong destination despite us reminding him of our pickup point prior to drive off. The company doesn’t even answer calls post booking confirmation so you are unable to change pick up point etc. Very terrible experience 0/10 would never recommend. 21 people left stranded in the middle of the night after we’ve paid. Dissatisfied customer I hosted a party for my sisters and brothers birthday on Dec 26, 2015. I was unsatisfied with the bus presented. I rented the Mercedes party bus for 1300.00. I had 50 drinking passengers with no working toilet, which obligated some individuals to have to urinate into empty bottles, disgusting to say the very least. The bus driver got lost or something on the way to the destination which caused the rate for our club sections to go up 15.00 more per person times 46 people, that caused a financial hardship. I know that if i pay 1300.00 I expect the service to be at least 5stars. I am requesting a partial refund for the discrepancies. Thank you

NEVER USE GLOBAL LIMOS. This company is a SCAM. We called Global Limos and arranged a price for a party bus with "Harry", who he agreed to the price verbally and confirmed via text. After the reservation was made, we reached out to our rep because we had not received official confirmation of our payment. A few days before the event, he texted us back saying that the price would be thousands of dollars more than he previously agreed, initially stating that it was "because the bus broke down." After inquiring further, it became clear that the price was raised because "it was a busy night for proms" and they thought they could get a better deal from another group. This left us unable to find a new company only days before the event. Several other customers have reported similar experiences. Global Limos is an unreliable, untrustworthy company and I would not recommend to anyone. Zero stars.

I tried many limousines and party bus… I tried many limousines and party bus rental companies from Yelp and Craigslist and found Global Limos. I booked with the agent, David. He offered me a 2021 Escalade SUV for a night on the town in Upland, CA. Moreover, I have used them for transportation several times and never faced any issues from making a reservation until the end of the trip. Their service was excellent, and their prices were very reasonable. The drivers always treated us like royalty and made us feel comfortable during the ride. I highly recommend them. Russel

I don’t share reviews often I don’t share reviews often, but when a company has poor customer service, I think it’s necessary because I would like to hear other people’s experience before choosing. We called global limosuines and arranged a price that they verbally and via text agreed to. After trying to reach them for a few days leading up to our event, the rep we spoke with wasn’t answering or returning our calls. This was after telling us he would call us back after speaking with his manager days earlier to confirm prices. Close to the event, he texted us back saying that the price they could do would be hundreds of dollars more than he previously agreed. I again called him and he didn’t go to a manager for me to speak with, nor did he ramnify there poor customer service. We were put off and the price was raised by hundreds of dollars right before our event. Leaving us to search for a new company right before we needed a limo. I’d recommend avoiding global limousines, or at least know what happened with our experience.
