Expensive, tripled charged and sent terrible equipment Desperate to secure buses to send to football playoff game, we knew we would have to pay an higher price. We requested two 56 passenger buses. They sent one 56 passenger bus and one 35 passenger bus, both were in horrible condition, and they charged us the same for both buses. (approximately $2700 each) It was more than double that the other companies would normally charged. Additionally, they "accidentally" charged our credit card six times thus wiping out our checking accounts leaving nothing for meals,etc. for our team. We are not a rich school, quite the opposite actually. The buses' bodies were cracked as if they had been hit, the seats were thread worn, and the entertainment didn't work. Company should be ashamed of themselves in every way as they took advantage of a last minute situation.

Driver left us stranded at wrong… Driver left us stranded at wrong destination despite us reminding him of our pickup point prior to drive off. The company doesn’t even answer calls post booking confirmation so you are unable to change pick up point etc. Very terrible experience 0/10 would never recommend. 21 people left stranded in the middle of the night after we’ve paid. Great Overall Experience Got a limo bus to BVJ with Ross our Driver. Ross was awesome, was very accommodating and communicated perfectly as there was a little confusion at the event. Booking the limo was easy and Cherry was very helpful with last minute changes due to unforeseen closer. I'd happily book with them again! Thanks Tyler

SCAM SCAM I booked and got charged for a limo and when it didn’t show up at the scheduled time I called they said they didn’t charge anything and that they cancelled the ride. Yet they still charged me fir a limo i, personally, didn’t cancel. Do not buy anything off this site this is a scam and you will get several calls from your bank saying it’s fraud, because it is.

SCAM ALERT!! PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END!! I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this so-called "limousine company." I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. They are a complete sham and a rip-off. Not only did they charge my credit card without authorization, but they also failed to show up not once, but twice! It's clear that this is a fake company preying on unsuspecting customers. The first time I booked their service, I was left waiting for hours at my designated pickup location, only to be met with silence when I tried to reach their customer service. I foolishly decided to give them a second chance, hoping it was just an unfortunate mistake. To my dismay, the exact same thing happened again. They took my money and left me stranded. I've since disputed the charges with my credit card company, but this experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away from this fraudulent limousine company. They are not to be trusted. MOREOVER, THE AGENT TOLD ME THEY ARE A THIRD PARTY LIMOUSINE COMPANY BASED OUT OF UNITED STATES. THEY DO NOT OWN ANY VEHICLES.
