GBThey lied& told me before I arrive that… They lied& told me before I arrive that I was approved for 1k.Then once it was time for me to sign contract they switched up.& said $2200. This vehicle is over 15 yes old. I agreed because I need a car & was desperate. They make money off of ppl bad credit burden. They don't accept partial payment or grace period. So I am stuck paying $600 a 15 yes old truck that have mechanic problems every wk.They keep calling & harassing my references Save ur money & stress

GBMs. Areia was amazing!! I’ve been loooking for a nice dependable vehicle for about a month now and I must say in all of my searching I’ve not run across someone like Ms. Elliot! Aside from her outstanding customer service, and extremely relatable and empathetic personality, she was very knowledgeable and gave me amazing pointers that I never thought to look at/for when looking for a vehicle!! I left out of there feeling not only amazing, but empowered! Her genuiness really made my day! If you’re in Greenville, SC and looking for a car, I STRONGLY recommend you see her!! 2400 Laurens Rd. You won’t be disappointed!!

GBI’ve been with this company 3 years… I’ve been with this company 3 years never missed a payment. I went in today even though I wanted a quote before I came in so that I wouldn’t waste my time but no… Go with a trade-in same vehicle I brought 3 years ago only to be told before my trade in was ever accessed that my total monthly payment would be $600 for a 2016 Honda CR-V (miles unknown because we didn’t get that far… predator leanding at its best. If you have other options please utilize them. You can definitely get a newer car for the same amount.

GBI don't even want to give him one star I don't even want to give him one star, they deserve no Stars the sales team is amazing. The service department sucks they force you to pay for an extended warranty program that they would go their way out of and say that it's not covered under waorange like literally, I have paperwork stating a code that is coming up on my husband's car for a transmission problem and they are claiming. We have to pay for a diagnostic test when I've already paid 3 people for one. And I have the pronounce of it. We got nothing but problems with the service department people lying to us and they sold him a car with the headlights shining on the ground. We want our money back for the extended word. Do we paid for Cos? I've read BB reviews and they're all bad and it all has to do with your janky extended warranty. So I think you need to change it. Cause you're literally about to get sued by me.

GBI just... really needed a vehicle to get to work. Really needed a vehicle, they sold me a car I liked, it handled great on the test drive. They made me watch some drawn out terrible cgi video afterwards, told me it was just procedure, that I didn't really have to pay it much mind. Shortly afterwards check engine light comes on, I take it back, and what do you know mechanic tells me the cat is going out. That's almost 3k on top of the 18k for a car only worth 8k max. I was in a bind when I made the purchase. I decided to do some research apparently the car was in two accidents, rebuilt, had multiple owners, none of that was even mentioned when I'd asked about the history. Just, "it's a clean, reliable vehicle" long story short these people working here, they are going to have some serious karma to work off.
