On August 26, 2022 package was shipped from Raleigh NC. 4 day shipment was expected from order date. 2 day delay and tracking showed package to be delivered on August 30, by 7 PM package was NOT received as scheduled. Was called by UPS that package will be delivered today - August 31, 2022 by 8 30 PM will have to see. Store is located 17 miles from my location. Expected delivery from store not NC. Should NOT have taken 7 days for delivery to North Central Florida from Raleigh NC.

I tape my invoice inside battery location inside my acadia location. Now I went to O'reilly to buy another one and making sure all number shows on my invoice. I’m being treated unfairly because I’m the only one on earth. This world 🌎 is operated by God. I’m being out number because I’m right. I hate the negative treatment that’s ongoing.Also, I conducted my research on their prices . I actually discovered that I was over charge on the transmission fluid… In addition, I was told by the sales rep that the gallon of transmission equal five quarts he lied. Furthermore, I conducted my research actually one gallon equal four quart. Advance Auto is horrible. Further when I walk in the sales rep was making remarks about crying.I don’t cry over nonsense

Above and Beyond I came in to Advance Auto Parts on Friday, 1/27/24 with low expectations. Not because I of the company, as I have never shopped there. I was in need of a new battery, and I was just preparing myself for another bad retail experience, either due to a lack of service, a dearth of employees or poor service by someone who couldn't care less about their job. Jeff, the GM, was extremely helpful, (I am not mechanically inclined, ) and in my opinion, he went above and beyond typical customer service to assist me with a battery for my Toyota. He was able to look up the correct battery needed, offer me addtional corrosion protection, which I took, and he even installed the battery for me himself. My faith in good service has been restored. Thank you, Jeff, I will certainly be visiting the Advance Auto Parts at 3103 U.S. Highway 9 in Old Bridge for my future automotive needs. Best, Anthony
