I love the employees at the Advance… I love the employees at the Advance Auto Parts on Nicholasville Rd- Lexington. Every time I go in they've been extremely helpful - whether sharing practical car tips or replacing windshield wipers, batteries, or just helping me find what I need. Today was no exception, Stacy, solved my car battery problem by installing shims to both of my terminals -for free! I know where to go when I need help or car parts! Great Job and thanks again so much!

Lifetime Warranty not honored I bought a steering rack in 2005 with a "Limited Lifetime Replacement" warranty. The rack failed in 2012 and they replaced it. It went bad again last summer and they refused to warranty it. I called the 800 customer service number and was told that the "lifetime warranty" now means they'll make ONE warranty exchange, EVER. That's not the way it was back in 2005. On my last car, the spark plug wires went bad every three years, and they replaced them every three years. I sued them in Small Claims Court and won. I photocopied the judge's decision and the check Advance Auto Parts sent for the full $326.99 plus the $10 court fee, so... don't bother flagging my review as false because I'll upload proof. Conclusion: Go ahead and use Advance Auto Parts if you like, just be aware that their new lifetime warranty only includes ONE exchange ever. PS: The other guys still exchange their lifetime warranty stuff an unlimited number of times, even on brake pads. I'm sorry I can't mention their business' name, because that's considered a "Promo", which is against the rules here, but ask around and you'll learn who they are.

Orders never ready for pick up I just give one star because they never have the orders ready at the time I arrived for pick up in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico Store. I don’t know if the same happen in other locations but it is very irresponsible from the manager of the store permitting this to happen all the time. Hope the main offices take part and solve this.

I was traveling from fort Walton beach… I was traveling from fort Walton beach Florida.To lake city FL we're I live battery light comes on lights go out pull off I-10 I was at chipley Panama city exit stopped at shell station what to do everything was closed ask Google for auto parts store advance auto parts came up 1.2miles ordered alternator open at 8 Toby was there early check said it was ready brought it out and did More than expected great job thanks Toby hopefully no one else has that problem but if you are ever in the area in need of help he's Man
