Personal car repossessed after leaving at Enterprise Left my personal vehicle where employee told me at Enterprise Joplin Missouri upon arriving car missing I called to report stolen only to find it was towed as they dont own the parking. NOW the towing company wont release without verification from my note holder to release. Please read and dont fall victim to this scam.

I made a reservation online for a VA… MURRAY KENTUCKY ENTERPRISE BOZOs. I made a reservation online for a VA appointment that I have that takes 3 months to get. When i got there my daughter left and i was stranded and they said all their vehicles were reserved for other people that made reservations earlier than i did. So now im carless stranded 100percent disabled Vet with no car to get to an appointment over an hour away from me drive time. PLEASE do not use this company

More luck getting on the starship Enterprise Enterprise, Andover. Booked a car weeks in advance to allow my vehicle to be repaired, the morning of collection I receive a call 1 hour before collecting that they do not have a car until later in the day. This then caused a knock on affect to all previously planned appointments that day to little concern to the member of staff. On arrival the car provided was unfortunately not suitable for my families requirements, no other car was offered. Unprofessional staff member was more interested in her own mobile phone same staff member as previously mentioned. Left enterprise and had to collect own vehicle from repair garage to then rebook at a later date.

All of those stereotypes of crooked… All of those stereotypes of crooked used car salespeople came true! The car seems fine so far. This review is for the Lakewood, Washington dealership where I was misled and lied to repeatedly. I do believe the vehicles are generally well-maintained, but all but one of the several people I had contact with either misled me or outright lied. Of course I don’t know if this is corporate policy, but it’s such a big expense, and very traumatic to find out you were tricked.

Our car buying experience was fantastic! Kari Michaels and Hannah were phenomenal in their treatment of my family. They made the car buying experience a breeze. There was no pressure to buy more warranties than we needed nor any pressure about anything. They were so professional and friendly, it made me wish every car sales person would follow their great example. They treated my 16yo young driver with respect and curtesy, and my 22yo son, who happens to be a car mechanic, with the utmost respect. There were no games of intimidation nor boasting. Our time with them was a pleasure!
