Buyer Beware! My wife really felt the sales person at the North Charleston SC dealer was open, honest and totally above board. She was, but what she did not know or disclose was that the BMW 330i we eventually purchased was outfitted with the wrong tires. There is no spare tire with the BMW and the car is orginally produced they come with Run-Flat tires. We were going to take an extended trip and decided to have the BMW inspected by Hilton Head BMW. The only major issue was the tires were not Run-Flat! In contacting the dealer their response was they equip vehicles with flat tire inflators...but we did not have one. We wanted Run-Flat tires installed on our vehicle, but Enterprise said, NO WAY!

Justin Guyton, Enterprise Car Sales, Marietta, GA Working with Justin Guyton of Enterprise Car Sales in Marietta, GA, we purchased a used Tahoe. He did a fantastic job for us and the entire experience of purchasing was the best we have had getting a car in many years. We are elderly and unable to travel to different car dealerships to "look." We did everything over the phone and on line. The dealership brought the vehicle to our front door. Would highly recommend Mr. Guyton and would definitely deal with this dealership again.

All of those stereotypes of crooked… All of those stereotypes of crooked used car salespeople came true! The car seems fine so far. This review is for the Lakewood, Washington dealership where I was misled and lied to repeatedly. I do believe the vehicles are generally well-maintained, but all but one of the several people I had contact with either misled me or outright lied. Of course I don’t know if this is corporate policy, but it’s such a big expense, and very traumatic to find out you were tricked.
