GBIf I could give it less than one star I… If I could give it less than one star I would. Finally paid off my car and happy to share the news. Go somewhere else the salesmen are pushy and couldn’t even process paper correctly. Wish I went anywhere else but nope I made a mistake. Good luck but please for the love of god explore other options. But go if you want to feel like they’re giving you a crap car & hiding more technologically advanced vehicles for a better price somewhere else

GBJustin Guyton, Enterprise Car Sales, Marietta, GA Working with Justin Guyton of Enterprise Car Sales in Marietta, GA, we purchased a used Tahoe. He did a fantastic job for us and the entire experience of purchasing was the best we have had getting a car in many years. We are elderly and unable to travel to different car dealerships to "look." We did everything over the phone and on line. The dealership brought the vehicle to our front door. Would highly recommend Mr. Guyton and would definitely deal with this dealership again.

GBAbsolute dreadful company DO NOT TRUST Absolute dreadful company DO NOT TRUST! Booked a car 2 months ago and just 2 days before I go and collect called me and said there is no cars left due to Easter holidays so they are unable to provide me with a car. Absolutely stuffed as destroyed my holidays. Thank you Enterprise for being an absolute joke.

NEVER USE ENTERPRISE
GBNEVER USE ENTERPRISE How many times do you have to run somebody's credit to rent a simple economy car? My credit was run six+ times AND is considered a hard hit on my credit. Enterprise denies they ever did this even though I ran a credit report and showed them. I was told not my problem. There are plenty of rental car companies DONT USE Enterprise!

GBUnder False Pretenses My son and his girlfriend went to Enterprise simply to discuss what their options were regarding possible trade ins. Before going, coincidentally, Michelle, a rep there, called me to check on how we were doing with the car we bought a year ago. I told her about my son and his girlfriend and their inquiry and set things in motion. My son and his girlfriend are young (20 year olds) and not savvy when it comes to buying cars but they were only supposed to have a discussion. Well, it turns out they were tricked into providing their SS#s under the pretense of it not being a hard credit check. Not only did the rep send their SS info to many banks (for which they received many responses, thereby reducing their scores) but she constantly called and texted, pressuring them both on purchasing vehicles, for at least 3 weeks. They saw two young and impressionable kids and tried to take advantage. Despicable!
