Booked a car 2 months ago and just 2 days before I go and collect called me and said there is no cars left due to Easter holidays so they are unable to provide me with a car. Absolutely stuffed as destroyed my holidays. Thank you Enterprise for being an absolute joke.

Personal car repossessed after leaving at Enterprise Left my personal vehicle where employee told me at Enterprise Joplin Missouri upon arriving car missing I called to report stolen only to find it was towed as they dont own the parking. NOW the towing company wont release without verification from my note holder to release. Please read and dont fall victim to this scam.

Finance nightmare My car was rear ended and I needed a replacement. I had struck interest in purchasing a replacement car from Enterprise, Seattle, WA. The sales went pretty smoothly, however after that it was stressful. I had stated from the beginning I was waiting for a check from the insurance company to pay the deposit, I was assured that they would put a 10 day hold on my check and not deposit it until I let them know I had the funds in my account. They deposited my check in two days after the sale without my knowledge or my call saying that I had received the insurance check, debiting my bank account 2,000.00. My bank fortunately rejected the check the next day because I didn't have the funds yet, I reached out to my sales person she said sorry and she told the finance department not to cash the check. I was livid my bank resolved it and Enterprise did nothing except resubmit the next day again without me saying I had the funds yet which I didn't (this was day 5) so I was super stressed I had an empty bank account. My bank rejected it again and when I got the funds a couple days later finally with the insurance check I contacted them and they very coldly and somewhat dismissed verbiage said I had to now write another check or use a link with my debit card. I did that and finally it was resolved, however that being said I felt like they didn't have any remorse or responsibility for what they had done, I got an email from finance that they got my funds but when I asked about why they did what they did I got no response. I will not purchase from them again, I work in consumer relations and would never be this dismissive for my actions, mistakes happen but now I have fees I had to pay because of what they did.

NEVER USE ENTERPRISE How many times do you have to run somebody's credit to rent a simple economy car? My credit was run six+ times AND is considered a hard hit on my credit. Enterprise denies they ever did this even though I ran a credit report and showed them. I was told not my problem. There are plenty of rental car companies DONT USE Enterprise!

If I could give it less than one star I… If I could give it less than one star I would. Finally paid off my car and happy to share the news. Go somewhere else the salesmen are pushy and couldn’t even process paper correctly. Wish I went anywhere else but nope I made a mistake. Good luck but please for the love of god explore other options. But go if you want to feel like they’re giving you a crap car & hiding more technologically advanced vehicles for a better price somewhere else
