The worst customer service I have ever… The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They'll help you to install the device & set up an account to take your money but when you need help. You'll be transferred to customer service only to be on hold for a half an hour & the call will automatically hang up. It's a shame I can't give them a negative one star or zero stars instead. should read before you want to use this service i have problem with them since my frist put the device in my car i have called them the customer service just try to take the money the only things they worry while i need explanation from someone better then this! they dont respect me because he said everytime i call i never want to make a payment? the pay he mean is the violetion that i need to speak with someone can help me better then told me there nothing to be arguesand told me take make a payment this last time i call i jeed to speak with manager 3 time request and still dont get no answer they never give me a call! i have make my payment every months on time

This the most untrustworthy company out… This the most untrustworthy company out there. I would give it zero stars if possible. You cannot ever reach a human on the phone and the units malfunction and they charge you regardless of whose error it is. They also advertise on their website falsely of the charges you will incur. NEVER use this company. They prey on people who are trying to get through an already difficult time.
