GBshould read before you want to use this service i have problem with them since my frist put the device in my car i have called them the customer service just try to take the money the only things they worry while i need explanation from someone better then this! they dont respect me because he said everytime i call i never want to make a payment? the pay he mean is the violetion that i need to speak with someone can help me better then told me there nothing to be arguesand told me take make a payment this last time i call i jeed to speak with manager 3 time request and still dont get no answer they never give me a call! i have make my payment every months on time

GBNot sure this company exists except to debit my bank account Wrote a previous review and emailed the info given to the response of that review. I’ve been on hold for over and hour today called and emailed various emails I have been given to resolve the same violation that was never resolved and also have my unit removed. Still have not been in touch with anyone. Basically at this point it seems no one except the accounts receivable is working for this company. I have turned off the ability to be automatically debited by this company with my bank account and am discontinuing service. This is honestly the weirdest experience I have ever had with a company in my life. There is no service, no resolution, it almost seems like just someone is taking money from accounts. Is that illegal?

GBamid COVID19 my dmv closed,cant go in… amid COVID19 my dmv closed,cant go in to remove restriction off my license to get the monitor removed april 10th 2020,talked to regional customer service,didnt help at all...they insisted i have to keep paying for the monitor until further notice not knowing when my dmv will open again.NO SOLUTION or understanding at all if I can keep affording to pay for the monitor another month at all.

GBThe worst customer service I have ever… The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They'll help you to install the device & set up an account to take your money but when you need help. You'll be transferred to customer service only to be on hold for a half an hour & the call will automatically hang up. It's a shame I can't give them a negative one star or zero stars instead. Worst company I've ever dealt with
