Alcohol detection systems worst… Alcohol detection systems has the worst customer service. I was hung up on 15 times today because they want to talk while I’m talking. I pay them for service and they don’t work weekends or bother to call you back when they say they will. I’ve been with them for years and I’ve had enough. I am doing everything and anything to switch companies. My car is stuck because of a device error and they want me to pay to get the car towed 30 minutes to have them put another faulty device in. One lady was helpful and was trying to get me a better Intoxalock device because they own both companies. The lady Cletia never called back and when I called back I got the same 2 mean and unhelpful people that hang up on me even though I’m paying them for a breathalyzer that is not functional and I can’t drive because there customer service is terrible. I have to come up with ideas from there earlier customer service reps that quit . Like a mobile installer, how is it my fault that their device is error coding saying clock set error and now I don’t get to go to work or doctor for a week?

The worst customer service I have ever… The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They'll help you to install the device & set up an account to take your money but when you need help. You'll be transferred to customer service only to be on hold for a half an hour & the call will automatically hang up. It's a shame I can't give them a negative one star or zero stars instead. This interlock service wil steal money… This interlock service wil steal money from you bank account if you trust then to do the right thing . You wil always loose. Shut them down and boyclot .

This the most untrustworthy company out… This the most untrustworthy company out there. I would give it zero stars if possible. You cannot ever reach a human on the phone and the units malfunction and they charge you regardless of whose error it is. They also advertise on their website falsely of the charges you will incur. NEVER use this company. They prey on people who are trying to get through an already difficult time.

Do not go through ADS Most unreliable device on the market along with the worst customer service. The device throws up error codes nonstop, doesn’t allow for samples to be given after car is turned off (unlike other devices will) and moved me from a location that was in my same town to a service location 1 1/2 hours away and expecting me to drive that far working a full time job. Recently I’ve been sick and requested that they give me an extension due to the fact I can’t drive that far and he proceeded to tell me basically I was SOL and that I’d have to pay for lockout fees and what not. Terrible service, terrible device.
