GBAction Jackson Auto Repair-unqualified Action Jackson has a nice staff, but they are simply not qualified to service high dollar cars. But they are getting my low rating because they falsely claim they are certified in virtually all European car manufacturers-they are certified in NONE-I’m writing because they were unwilling to correct their mistake by installing the wrong parts in my car. They did refund my money for the incorrect part they installed, but refused to pay my out-of-pocket expenses to pay for the job to be done right. Contrary to the “certificates” of certification they display in their office from multiple European auto companies, they are simply not certified and completely over their heads with regard to servicing imported cars. Really sorry I ever went there.

GBDo not use these people Do not use these people. They make us issues that do not exist.

GBKnow your limits. Best of intentions but overreached on their capacity. I have a reproduction of a classic, not having the newer technology which can utilize computerized equipment to diagnose issues. They "tried to figure it out" with me bringing the car back 3 times but unsuccessful. Could have saved some credibility and been a trusted resource by recommending a shop which did have the knowledge, capacity and equipment to take care of me. I did find that shop and my car is now running great. If Action Jackson will ask me, I will gladly tell them who that is so they can forward to others in the future. People will really appreciate it.

GBBeware! Beware! Told me I needed new brakes and rotors for $1800! I checked with the dealer who laughed and said nothing was needed. Plus they charged me over $100 for this bad advice without telling me in advance. I asked for a refund twice and they ghosted me.

GBAbsolutely terrible service Absolutely terrible service. They claimed our car would be done in 1 day, it took a full week. The estimate was 900, the actual cost ended up being 2,100! It took almost 2 months for them to actually order the paint that they needed.
