Charged him almost 1500 dollars to replace it. What a joke. This guy needs to be in jail, not car repair. What a rip off. Do not take your car here unless your just wanting to take it up the rear. Beware! Beware! Told me I needed new brakes and rotors for $1800! I checked with the dealer who laughed and said nothing was needed. Plus they charged me over $100 for this bad advice without telling me in advance. I asked for a refund twice and they ghosted me.

I was taken advantage of I was taken advantage of. Last experience I had to return twice because my valve stem was not placed right. This time I reluctantly went to them. Paid for some tires. Found a way cheaper place in Glenwood springs asked for my money back and was told I had to pay a restocking fee 75$ ! It’s Friday morning the tires are not Loaded onto the deliver truck till Monday! The owner refused to refund my money! School is about to start and I could use that extra money for school clothes for my two daughters. I’m a single dad and Money is tight. Dam you action Jackson for not helping the little hard working single dad! Karma will come knocking! I strongly discourage business with Action Jackson…. Very greedy business ethics!!!

Absolutely terrible service Absolutely terrible service. They claimed our car would be done in 1 day, it took a full week. The estimate was 900, the actual cost ended up being 2,100! It took almost 2 months for them to actually order the paint that they needed.
