DEHands down best service Hands down best service, fast shipping, good people. Best priced car audio equipment especially the JP amps. Can’t beat those amps for the price and they’re underrated so they put out more then they say rms wise.

GBI have only Ordered a couple of things… I have only Ordered a couple of things from down for sound one was A JP23 amplifier and it is awesome but their customer service stinks when you ask them a question they never answer correctly they beat around the Bush or they don't know they have no Tech Support, just some girls that answer your emails but don't even give the correct information. I recently placed an order and it's been 5 days and it still hasn't shipped for some simple fuse holders but they tell me holidays and weekends slow things down, well I placed my order Sunday, Monday was labor day, here it is Friday, still hasn't shipped. I recently asked them some questions about purchasing 2 agm batteries, but they were not answered correctly so I'm just gonna start shopping somewhere else crutchfield, etc.

GBTrash Customer Service Purchased a couple of 12s from them, both were damaged. Made me pay shipping to get them fixed, and also made me pay the restocking fee even though I reached out the same day I received them. Customer service sucks, and if you receive a damaged item, it’s not their problem, and don’t expect to get your money back.

GBCustomer service non existent watch out Customer service non existent I guess they make enough doe they don't give a chit! Canceledan order and switch amps was told expect refund 2 to 3 biz days. Fair enough. It now been 10 they don't answer the phone when they do they say we tried to refund your card wont except it. Excuse me that's complete bull. So contested the charge with my credit card. Sure hope their equipment is better than their service. I'm having my doughts now

GBDOWN4SOUND SUCKS DOWN4SOUND SUCKS I can’t win with Down4SoundShop. 2nd time this happens. Ordered a week ago and didn’t hear back. After 5 days, I asked for an update. Was told my order would ship out Friday at the latest. Received a shipping notification with tracking number so I get excited! This morning I get the email that the products I ordered are no longer in stock, but they show in stock on the website… a whole week to tell me my order isn’t going to be available is crazy… I may not be spending hundreds of thousands, and they’ll probably never miss me, but D4S been nothing but disappointing.
