Trash Customer Service Purchased a couple of 12s from them, both were damaged. Made me pay shipping to get them fixed, and also made me pay the restocking fee even though I reached out the same day I received them. Customer service sucks, and if you receive a damaged item, it’s not their problem, and don’t expect to get your money back.

Beware! If you're wondering if you should give down4sound a try regarding their in house amps, listen to me, DON'T!! A few months ago, I was debating getting their JP 234, four channel amp, and finally took the chance on em.... That was 3 months ago. The amp got installed about 3 weeks after purchasing, and a few days ago, started making so much noise/static, it's unusable! Although I paid extra for a 2 year warranty, I have been told I will have to pay for the repair and shipping both ways to their repair ship in Florida!! These folks are Class A Con Artists!! Stay away!!

This company sales faulty equipment This company sales faulty equipment. I ordered a amp for my son for Christmas and it didn't work. We contacted customer support and got the run around. We didn't ask for a refund we asked for a replacement and was told that we have to send it to the company that made the amp. In other words they don't care about customer satisfaction it's not their problem.
