Trash Customer Service Purchased a couple of 12s from them, both were damaged. Made me pay shipping to get them fixed, and also made me pay the restocking fee even though I reached out the same day I received them. Customer service sucks, and if you receive a damaged item, it’s not their problem, and don’t expect to get your money back.

Beware! If you're wondering if you should give down4sound a try regarding their in house amps, listen to me, DON'T!! A few months ago, I was debating getting their JP 234, four channel amp, and finally took the chance on em.... That was 3 months ago. The amp got installed about 3 weeks after purchasing, and a few days ago, started making so much noise/static, it's unusable! Although I paid extra for a 2 year warranty, I have been told I will have to pay for the repair and shipping both ways to their repair ship in Florida!! These folks are Class A Con Artists!! Stay away!!

Please rethink your purchase from here. His return or may I say replace policy is terrible. Only plan of replacing a faulty amp 1 time any other time he will talk down to you as if you're a child and you're stuck with a paper weight. The first amp was faulty and the second lasted 4 days. All electrical was up to par and it wasn't user error so no one can blame it on that. He just let go two of his best employees. One was his enclosure builder. Now no one else is building enclosures for him and if so no where near as great as the original. The second was in charge of packaging, shipping and delivery. I normally don't do reviews but the people must know. He got greedy what happens when you get greedy you lose it all. OH and who charges 25$ for his signature that when he's not there to sign it someone else does...

terrible customer service / slow shipping I bought a sub woofer with built in amp. It took over 3 weeks to get the unit. By then I already bought a better unit from "Crushfield" and had it installed,. They take forever to send the unit. Very slow shipping and order fulfillment. I never opened the box and wanted to return the unit. They took 2 weeks to finally agree to take the unit back. I still have not received my refund. I am calling my credit card company to do a charge back.. they suck use Crushfield.

Purchased a skar rp2000.1D when it… Purchased a skar rp2000.1D when it arrived didn't work right out of box. Contacted D4S to return and was told they would not replace it but instead they would ship it to skar for possible warranty. So now I have no amp and the money I spent is in limbo indefinitely. Will never deal with this place again regret doing it in the first place. BUYERS BEWARE.
