ROJust perfect car rental company for me Guys this is one of the best car rental companies I' ve used recently. First of all I surfed web for REALLY good prices for car rental but all I could find were scammers that promises you one price but at the pick up point car rental company charges you with additional payments and fees.....so final price is different from promised. I also decided that I don't want to overpay for a car. Few moments later I found this company really kind staff and competitive prices. Car were without paint scratches or deformations.... I think that this company is really trustful and I recommend them!

GBThey have stolen my money. They have stolen my money. I canceled a booking scheduled for April 2020 in March 2020 when my vacation had to be canceled because of Covid 19. I called and requested a refund, then called again the next day to verify that they had indeed made the cancellation. It took many tries to get through to make the cancellation. Their phone lines were closed for days. As the booking date approached, they sent me some insurance information and a booking confirmation. I then sent two emails to their customer service address explaining that I had canceled the reservation per their instructions. This was still within their window of opportunity to cancel and receive a refund. The booking date passed. I cannot get through to a person on the phone regarding my refund. Via an email form letter, they’ve just sent me a refusal of my refund stating their refund policy. They say I did not cancel the booking and They do not owe me a refund. To paraphrase, “sorry this is not the answer you wanted.” I’m contesting the charge with my bank, but I don’t know that this is the kind of fraud I’m protected from. This is truly despicable. I had no problem with any of my other vacation reservations. Most people seem to be understanding and have a spirit of working together with me to rebook. This company has taken advantage of me and on the bottom line, have robbed me. Theresa Rice

NLIn my experience - avoid economycarbooking In my experience - avoid economycarbooking. I rented a car in Portugal last month and it has proved to be a nightmare. The company are incredibly unhelpful in trying to resolve. I paid for the car to them and got a voucher for the car ire company. Despite having a voucher the car hire company also charged me for the car. Economycarbooking are now saying ' we are only the middleman' and claiming it will take a month to investigate. Meanwhile I am out of pocket by hundreds of pounds. I am really disappointed that they can wash their hand of it so easily. There's loads of other companies. For peace of mind go with someone else.

GBAbsolutely the worst company ever! Absolutely the worst company on the planet. Do not trust anything this company tells you, because it is an outright lie. They state on their booking voucher and website that you will not be charged any additional fees and the amount stated on your voucher is what you pay, yet when you pick up your car, you get a dirty, scratched car in a dark lot with shady people who charge you DOUBLE what you already paid. Outrageous!!! Then when you try to reach customer service to complain, you get NOTHING, never a response, never can you even talk to anyone. This is the worst company in the world. I'm Definitely reporting them to the better business bureau in the US. Stay away from this company if you don't want to lose all of your money for the crappiest service ever!!!
