This place is a total scam This place is a total scam, they had no problem taking my down payment immediately and taking monthly payments on time, but God forbid you want to transfer your policy or talk to someone with any sense. I cancelled and went with Endurance, I'm finished with this fly by night garbage company. Oh did I say I was dissatisfied?

NOTHING BUT THIEVES WHO SPEND THEIR LIVES LITERALLY FINDING WAYS TO MAKE UP EXCUSES TO NOT HONOR LEGIT SERVICE REQUESTS! NEVER, EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU EVER EXPECT TO FILE A CLAIM AND HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED. I HAD A STRAIGHTFORWARD TRANSMISSION CASE ON A SUBARU THAT WAS WELL-MAINTAINED BY THE BOOK. THEY DENIED MY CLAIM WITH A HORSESHIT EXCUSE AND ARE A 100% SCAM. I WILL BE FILING SMALL CLAIMS, CIVIL SUIT, AND A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL.

Each month I call im given the same script..they have my info, its processed, it's with tye billing dept., that's another entity, they can't give me the billing number, a manger will call me; no one has ever returnedmy call. After waitung over an hour each month to speak to someone same and receive the same script, they always hang up on my face when I won't except the repeating update. Horrible orginaztion. Liers. They cover absolutely nothing. There so many clause when you need to use it. Several horrible customers service. It a big scam.

This is a fraudulent Insurance Company! Do NOT use and pay for extended warranty from Infinite Auto Protection. They gladly take your money, but will never answer the phone. Even when you call them during the business hours, the recording tells you that you have called after business hours. The customer service, claims and accounting departments put you on hold and never come back! If you decide to cancel your policy, they immediately respond, but after cancelling your policy, they will never return your premium. See the many similar reviews online. If you have the same problems, contact the Michigan Attorney General and the Attorney Generals of your states. Additionally, contact Eastern Michigan BBB, FTC (877) 482-4357, and the FBI, IC3.GOV.
