GBBuyer beware do not purchase from this… Buyer beware do not purchase from this company they are a scam. They don’t pay claims and don’t reimburse you your money. Does anyone have a lawyer or The attorney general office phone number? I live out of town and this company has my money. Let’s get together and do something please.

GBSTAY AWAY DON'T TRUST THEM Like everyone else almost impossible to file a claim or get them on the phone. When I call they are rude and make it seem its my fault. The option for repair shops to report an issue is hangs up on the shops or sends them to voicemail and ever calls them back. Worst service and to me a fradulent company that will rip you off.

GBThis is a fraudulent Insurance Company! Do NOT use and pay for extended warranty from Infinite Auto Protection. They gladly take your money, but will never answer the phone. Even when you call them during the business hours, the recording tells you that you have called after business hours. The customer service, claims and accounting departments put you on hold and never come back! If you decide to cancel your policy, they immediately respond, but after cancelling your policy, they will never return your premium. See the many similar reviews online. If you have the same problems, contact the Michigan Attorney General and the Attorney Generals of your states. Additionally, contact Eastern Michigan BBB, FTC (877) 482-4357, and the FBI, IC3.GOV.

GBSame as all the rest of the reviews Same as all the rest of the reviews. None of the reviews here are exaggerated based on my personal experiences. I’ve had 2 claims so far and had to pay them both myself to get my F-150 back on the road. Find a different company, you’ll regret using Infinite.

GBWorcester Consumer Rights is on this… Worcester Consumer Rights is on this for me in Massachusetts. They have written them two emails already requesting response. If there is no response they escalate to the AG - I highly advise you contact your Attorney General in your state, a class action lawsuit needs to happen; 4000 dollars for two bogus contracts.
