The coverage really does what they say it’s supposed to do and the people standing behind it are very approachable and easygoing. I couldn’t of picked a better insurance provider. THEY DENIED MY CLAIM WITH A HORSESHIT EXCUSE AND ARE A 100% SCAM. I WILL BE FILING SMALL CLAIMS, CIVIL SUIT, AND A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL.

This place is a total scam This place is a total scam, they had no problem taking my down payment immediately and taking monthly payments on time, but God forbid you want to transfer your policy or talk to someone with any sense. I cancelled and went with Endurance, I'm finished with this fly by night garbage company. Oh did I say I was dissatisfied?

I cancelled my policy in July of 2021… I cancelled my policy in July of 2021 in September I received an e-mail stating that I had a refund of $1225 and it should take no more then 14 business days. It is now the end of February and still no refund. I have called and e-mailed them several times, set on hold for about 30 to 45 minutes and when they answer I am told it is in process in the billing dept. I live in Florida so kind of hard to go to small claims court in Michigan. I sent all my paper work to the Attorney General in Michigan's fraud division and never heard anything back from them. Anyone interested in going in together to file a lawsuit against Infinite. If enough of us get together and higher an attorney we can sue them for attorney fees and interest based on length of time they have held our money
