Infinite Auto Protection are Crooks. Beware Had warranty with Infinite Auto Protection for 3 years before I tried to file my first claim. Repair shop tried for 2 days to get through to someone and then gave up. Told us we had to get Infinite to call them. We could never get anyone to answer phone. Ended up paying out of pocket for service. Second claim, same thing. They just don't answer phone. Third claim this January 2022, engine lost compression and dealership said repair was going to be very expensive. Could contact Infinite, so I sold car for scrap. Anyone reading this review... Do not, I repeat do not pay for a warranty with this company. Their BBB rating is an F. Don't believe their ad. Bunch of crooks.

COMPLETE 100% SCAM RUN BY SCUM INFINITE AUTO PROTECTION SUCKS AND ANYONE WHO WORKS FOR INFINITE AUTO PROTECTION IS SCUM. NOTHING BUT THIEVES WHO SPEND THEIR LIVES LITERALLY FINDING WAYS TO MAKE UP EXCUSES TO NOT HONOR LEGIT SERVICE REQUESTS! NEVER, EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU EVER EXPECT TO FILE A CLAIM AND HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED. I HAD A STRAIGHTFORWARD TRANSMISSION CASE ON A SUBARU THAT WAS WELL-MAINTAINED BY THE BOOK. THEY DENIED MY CLAIM WITH A HORSESHIT EXCUSE AND ARE A 100% SCAM. I WILL BE FILING SMALL CLAIMS, CIVIL SUIT, AND A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL.

Buyer beware do not purchase from this… Buyer beware do not purchase from this company they are a scam. They don’t pay claims and don’t reimburse you your money. I wish I had seen these reviews before… I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased a policy which I did in February of 2020. In June 0f 2021 I place my first and only claim. Anti-freeze was leaking into the water pump which is located in the engine. The job was estimated by my mechanic and refused because they claim my car was overheating which is was not. They were rude and unrelenting. I reported them to my states department of insurance as well as the BBB.

Infinite Auto Protection simply works… Infinite Auto Protection simply works out better than any other company I dared give my hard earned money to. The coverage really does what they say it’s supposed to do and the people standing behind it are very approachable and easygoing. I couldn’t of picked a better insurance provider. Been through many who have lied about their coverage. Infinite Auto Protection isn’t one of them!
