NOTHING BUT THIEVES WHO SPEND THEIR LIVES LITERALLY FINDING WAYS TO MAKE UP EXCUSES TO NOT HONOR LEGIT SERVICE REQUESTS! NEVER, EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU EVER EXPECT TO FILE A CLAIM AND HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED. I HAD A STRAIGHTFORWARD TRANSMISSION CASE ON A SUBARU THAT WAS WELL-MAINTAINED BY THE BOOK. THEY DENIED MY CLAIM WITH A HORSESHIT EXCUSE AND ARE A 100% SCAM. I WILL BE FILING SMALL CLAIMS, CIVIL SUIT, AND A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL.

Beware of this company Beware of this company. They took every single payment from me and you cannot get a hold of them for a claim. Their recording either tells you some garbage about covid or simply hangs up on you. My Mercedes dealer has been trying to get a hold of them to pay for repairs. I'm looking into how to go about filing a lawsuit against them. Use a different company

AVOID INFINITE AT ALL COSTS! -

I cancelled my policy in July of 2021… I cancelled my policy in July of 2021 in September I received an e-mail stating that I had a refund of $1225 and it should take no more then 14 business days. It is now the end of February and still no refund. I have called and e-mailed them several times, set on hold for about 30 to 45 minutes and when they answer I am told it is in process in the billing dept. I live in Florida so kind of hard to go to small claims court in Michigan. I sent all my paper work to the Attorney General in Michigan's fraud division and never heard anything back from them. Anyone interested in going in together to file a lawsuit against Infinite. If enough of us get together and higher an attorney we can sue them for attorney fees and interest based on length of time they have held our money

This is a fraudulent Insurance Company! Do NOT use and pay for extended warranty from Infinite Auto Protection. They gladly take your money, but will never answer the phone. Even when you call them during the business hours, the recording tells you that you have called after business hours. The customer service, claims and accounting departments put you on hold and never come back! If you decide to cancel your policy, they immediately respond, but after cancelling your policy, they will never return your premium. See the many similar reviews online. If you have the same problems, contact the Michigan Attorney General and the Attorney Generals of your states. Additionally, contact Eastern Michigan BBB, FTC (877) 482-4357, and the FBI, IC3.GOV.
