THEY DENIED MY CLAIM WITH A HORSESHIT EXCUSE AND ARE A 100% SCAM. I WILL BE FILING SMALL CLAIMS, CIVIL SUIT, AND A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL.

The option for repair shops to report an issue is hangs up on the shops or sends them to voicemail and ever calls them back. Worst service and to me a fradulent company that will rip you off.

The coverage really does what they say it’s supposed to do and the people standing behind it are very approachable and easygoing. I couldn’t of picked a better insurance provider. Their recording either tells you some garbage about covid or simply hangs up on you. My Mercedes dealer has been trying to get a hold of them to pay for repairs.
