When I now made a decision to travel to the States only to pickup this particular bike I was very pleased that the bike was everything that was described in the ad. A bonus was that the guys I met at the shop when picking up my bike were trustworthy and also very helpful when I had to prepare the bike for transport back to Europe.

Perfect all around. The bike was tuned perfectly; no post-delivery shifter or brake adjustments were necessary, and the wheels were true. Also the delivery was so quick that it arrived before I was ready to ride it. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.

Delivered Fast High Quality Service, Twice! You guys are solid. Best thing is your turn-around from "ordered" to "shipped" is outstanding. A lot of small outfits can take more than a couple of business days between printing shipping labels and actually getting the order into the hands of the shipping company. Also, I don't know how you guys seem to have a surplus of SRAM Force AXS 10-33 cassettes, but thank you. They are really hard to find and when I find them they are marked up to nearly $200. Classy that you guys are selling at MSRP.
