Used parts sold as new One of the parts that was sold to me as new was clearly not new. It was scratched and had dirt and better than the grease. I attempted to reach out to the company to ask about this and what they had to offer to make it right and they never responded to my emails.

Great bike, difficult to communicate Very slow and limited communication after purchasing a bike. There were no instructions provided for assembling the bike, so I reached out with a few minor questions. Most of them I was able to figure out eventually by researching online, but I still would have appreciated a quick response. The seller promises a 24 hour response time, which they did not meet. They did eventually get back to me, only partially answering one of the questions. A bigger concern was about the cleanliness of the drivetrain, specifically the jockey wheels. I bought the bike "certified pre-owned," and the sale page suggested that the drivetrain would be inspected and cleaned. The jockey wheels had a significant amount of grime buildup. I removed most of it fairly easily with a flathead screwdriver, but this really should have been taken care of by the seller as promised. The condition of the bike otherwise was as expected from the online posting. The bike was safely packed and arrived promptly.

Admittedly I was kind of nervous buying… Admittedly I was kind of nervous buying from the site bike unseen. The bike showed up boxed well and in excellent condition. It's a used bike but aside for a scratch on one crank arm the bike looks brand new. Bike shipped right away and the shipping label provided with accurate delivery time.

You answered my questions about about the bicycle, sale, delivery, and related policies. Excellent support and customer service. Also, there was a lot of added value, like the wheels were already set up tubeless, no sales tax, and a voucher for shipping costs. Bike arrived ahead of schedule and in showroom condition. I was riding within an hour of delivery.

Great Bike Great Experience Called and spoke with Michael who was in the middle of moving the shop's location. Busy as he was he still took the time to answer all my questions and assure me that my YT Jeffsy was the right choice for my needs and budget. The bike arrived in order and as described and has been great fun to ride.
