Great Service on a Great Product During a late training ride I discovered that my 3+ year old light would flicker when illuminated and the flickering rate would increase with wheel speed. I figured my SON 28 Hub had gone bad as it did have 9000+ miles on it. I reached out to K-lite and got the guru in Australia who helped me troubleshoot the issue. Turns out there was a diode of some sort in the light and I needed a replacement. This was two weeks out from the start of the Tour Divide 21. I thought I would never recieve the needed parts in time for the Grand Depart. Thankfully, I was wrong. Working with the USA distributor here in the US "JEFE", I recieved the needed parts just two days later. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and a GREAT PRODUCT!!!
