Consistently good experience I'm a repeat customer of RWC. I have ordered bearing sets for mountain bike suspensions, bottom brackets, and parts for maintaining suspension systems. Their customer service is great, shipping is fast, and they sell high quality products. In the bicycle world these days counterfeit parts are a huge problem from places like Amazon-- but RWC sells the real stuff at great prices.

Chris and RWC take customer service to… Chris and RWC take customer service to new heights. He took the time to help me understand what specifically which parts are needed and why. The design of the RWC shock bearing kit is far superior to “the other guys” thanks to the multiple sizes of spacers. The other kits have a lot of slop and lead to suspension “thunk”. I highly recommend RWC products!
