The 16'' bike The 16'' bike is high quality although the hardware will rust in areas prone to it. I sprayed some corrosion control on it and have no problems. Its light weight and very easy for my 3 y/o to ride. He figured it out within minutes after only riding a 8'' strider bike. One of the bolts came loose/lost and the support team was extremely helpful and sending me one of their special bolts. We will be buying the 20'' bike when the kids are big enough.

High quality bike - wonderful that it has no coaster brake!!!! Bought the bike through the company website. It arrived timely and is very well made. Much higher quality than what you will find at Walmart. Much lighter with better finish, and most importantly it has NO COASTER BRAKE!!! Just real bike brakes front and back. The coaster brake on my daughter's bike was confusing her and keeping her from learning to peddle like a pro.

Great bikes and customer service This is my son's second bike from Belsize. He recently out-grew his 16" bike, and we got him a 20" one. We picked Belsize primarily because of its light weight. He had another 16" bike when he first started learning, but that was too heavy for him, and he didn't want to practice with it. Yet he 'mastered' riding bikes the second day on a Belsize bike :) There was a little hiccup with our second bike. Everything was great except that the box came with 2 right pedals. I contacted their support email and Shirley was great. She sent me a left pedal and now my 7 yo is happily riding his 20" bike.
