A great bike shop! As always another great recent experience at Stif. I thought I would leave this review because sometimes it's good to let others know when you have found a good bike shop. In my experience, they are a bike shop that can be consistently relied upon to provide a great service. All the staff are super helpful, knowledgeable, and always seem to go that extra mile. As riders themselves they understand what's important to their customers, and will always do what they can to get you back out riding if they can. Basically, they're just a solid trustworthy bike shop - which is exactly what you want!

New bike from Stif Harrogate The staff at the Harrogate store are extremely helpful. I got to try a few of the bikes I was looking at and was given some really good advice on what would suit me best for my style of riding. The deal I got was really good and so was the after sales support. Gav was great and looked after everything start to finish. There was a potential manufacturer defect with one of the tyres that initially I only wanted reassurance with. Instead they offered to replace it free of charge with a better tyre so I couldn’t say no. I would recommended using this shop. They are flexible and will sort you out so you leave happy. Not the best experience I have ever had. Would never deal with this company again, customer service is extremely poor, Happy to sell you a product but the after care is simply appalling waiting 2 months to have a simple issue dealt with. A good company is one who has the ability to manage it's customers expectations, this one I'm afraid can't even demonstrate the basic principles of customer care. Rude, obnoxious shop manager.... One to avoid.

Great company Great company, excellent customer service and very friendly staff capable of answering any questions, recently purchased a Santa Cruz tallboy from here and the whole process was a pleasure, can’t recommend highly enough.
