GBThe staff should be ashamed terrible ☹️ Really awful customer service Wanted to order Santa Cruz bike Phoned several times spoke to the team No call back, I understand things are not good at the moment but the staff should say we are not able to take orders not promise to call back This was a genuine enquiry So disappointed with this company who advertise in MTB mag I have now ordered from another company who couldn’t be more helpful Thanks for nothing Terrible

GBNot the best experience I have ever had. Would never deal with this company again, customer service is extremely poor, Happy to sell you a product but the after care is simply appalling waiting 2 months to have a simple issue dealt with. A good company is one who has the ability to manage it's customers expectations, this one I'm afraid can't even demonstrate the basic principles of customer care. Rude, obnoxious shop manager.... One to avoid.

ILStifmtb rullz Stifmtb has great, fast, and kind service. It's easy and very comfortable to contact the representatives by email or chat on the website. They are very responsive and can professionally answer each question. It's not my first experience with buying from Stif and definitely not the last. Thumbs up!!!
