I've just ordered a 2022 edition Santa Cruz 5010 C R-Kit L from them, and as a first very good point, the pricing was far more attractive than everywhere else on the Internet : 3400€ shipping costs included instead of 4800€ recommended on Santa Cruz's website. Second great point, a very nice support: delivery has been pretty bad because of TNT's shameful performance and the whole Stif team have been doing their best to help me dealing with it and finally getting the bike delivered in good shape. Thanks boys! Last but not least: plenty of good advises by e-mail to help me setting up the bike and getting the best out of it. Cheers boys! These guys know their stuff! Used these guys for a few years now and their service is bettered only by their knowledge. Whether it’s been buying individual parts or full custom bike build, their knowledge and advice is on the money.

Not the best experience I have ever had. Would never deal with this company again, customer service is extremely poor, Happy to sell you a product but the after care is simply appalling waiting 2 months to have a simple issue dealt with. A good company is one who has the ability to manage it's customers expectations, this one I'm afraid can't even demonstrate the basic principles of customer care. Rude, obnoxious shop manager.... One to avoid.
