Best mtb shop in the uk by far What can I say? Best MTB shop I've ever visited. From the start Gav was very professional and easy to deal with. All the good service started soon as I walked through the door to collect my Santa Cruz e bike. I was made to feel important and appreciated. This attitude towards customers is very hard to come by these days. I will continue to use Stif just because of the great customer service from Gav and the rest of the lads in the Harrogate shop. Great work guys.

STIFFED on the purchase Great staff great service a little bit angry that the 5010 we just purchased only a few weeks ago in preparation for Xmas stores unused has now been discounted a further £1000. I would not have minded but the sale guy made the impression this was the absolute steal when we purchased. Overhaul shop Great but has now made me hesitant as was looking to purchase another bike and these guys are the main dealers. £1000 can make a difference to a 13 year old in gear to go with his bike.

New bike from Stif Harrogate The staff at the Harrogate store are extremely helpful. I got to try a few of the bikes I was looking at and was given some really good advice on what would suit me best for my style of riding. The deal I got was really good and so was the after sales support. Gav was great and looked after everything start to finish. There was a potential manufacturer defect with one of the tyres that initially I only wanted reassurance with. Instead they offered to replace it free of charge with a better tyre so I couldn’t say no. I would recommended using this shop. They are flexible and will sort you out so you leave happy. Stifmtb rullz Stifmtb has great, fast, and kind service. It's easy and very comfortable to contact the representatives by email or chat on the website. They are very responsive and can professionally answer each question. It's not my first experience with buying from Stif and definitely not the last. Thumbs up!!!

Boys are just awesome. Boys are just awesome. I've just ordered a 2022 edition Santa Cruz 5010 C R-Kit L from them, and as a first very good point, the pricing was far more attractive than everywhere else on the Internet : 3400€ shipping costs included instead of 4800€ recommended on Santa Cruz's website. Second great point, a very nice support: delivery has been pretty bad because of TNT's shameful performance and the whole Stif team have been doing their best to help me dealing with it and finally getting the bike delivered in good shape. Thanks boys! Last but not least: plenty of good advises by e-mail to help me setting up the bike and getting the best out of it. Cheers boys! Should I order a new bike someday, you'd be the first website I'd give a shot to. Mickaël
