Not the best experience I have ever had. Would never deal with this company again, customer service is extremely poor, Happy to sell you a product but the after care is simply appalling waiting 2 months to have a simple issue dealt with. A good company is one who has the ability to manage it's customers expectations, this one I'm afraid can't even demonstrate the basic principles of customer care. Rude, obnoxious shop manager.... One to avoid.

Best mtb shop in the uk by far What can I say? Best MTB shop I've ever visited. From the start Gav was very professional and easy to deal with. All the good service started soon as I walked through the door to collect my Santa Cruz e bike. I was made to feel important and appreciated. This attitude towards customers is very hard to come by these days. I will continue to use Stif just because of the great customer service from Gav and the rest of the lads in the Harrogate shop. Great work guys.

Just bought five ten trailcross gtx… Just bought five ten trailcross gtx shoes. Order placed Friday morning and shoes was delivered to Northern Ireland address on Saturday ( shoes looks fantastic and very comfy, haven't tried on wet yet)😊. Fantastic customer service when need to buy spare parts for dropper seatpost earlier on. Highly recommended. Will definitely shop with you again. Thanks.

STIFFED on the purchase Great staff great service a little bit angry that the 5010 we just purchased only a few weeks ago in preparation for Xmas stores unused has now been discounted a further £1000. I would not have minded but the sale guy made the impression this was the absolute steal when we purchased. Overhaul shop Great but has now made me hesitant as was looking to purchase another bike and these guys are the main dealers. £1000 can make a difference to a 13 year old in gear to go with his bike.
