Order placed Friday morning and shoes was delivered to Northern Ireland address on Saturday ( shoes looks fantastic and very comfy, haven't tried on wet yet)😊. Fantastic customer service when need to buy spare parts for dropper seatpost earlier on. Highly recommended. Will definitely shop with you again. Thanks.

GBSetting The MTB Retail Standard I’ve bought 2 Santa Cruz bikes from Stif Harrogate. They’re absolutely fantastic. Their prices, untouchable customer service, honesty and product knowledge set them apart from every other bike shop in this market. I’ve had valves fail and had replacements shipped under warranty the next day, brake issues that have been sorted and all forms of advice on owning a top end enduro bike. The guys at Stif are an asset to their company and the reason I’ll only ever buy a bike from this business. Jed is super efficient, fair and straight up on the warranty side. Their workshop is fantastically ran and their sales team are real riders with real world experience.

GBNot the best experience I have ever had. Would never deal with this company again, customer service is extremely poor, Happy to sell you a product but the after care is simply appalling waiting 2 months to have a simple issue dealt with. A good company is one who has the ability to manage it's customers expectations, this one I'm afraid can't even demonstrate the basic principles of customer care. Rude, obnoxious shop manager.... One to avoid.
