New bike from Stif Harrogate The staff at the Harrogate store are extremely helpful. I got to try a few of the bikes I was looking at and was given some really good advice on what would suit me best for my style of riding. The deal I got was really good and so was the after sales support. Gav was great and looked after everything start to finish. There was a potential manufacturer defect with one of the tyres that initially I only wanted reassurance with. Instead they offered to replace it free of charge with a better tyre so I couldn’t say no. I would recommended using this shop. They are flexible and will sort you out so you leave happy. Setting The MTB Retail Standard I’ve bought 2 Santa Cruz bikes from Stif Harrogate. They’re absolutely fantastic. Their prices, untouchable customer service, honesty and product knowledge set them apart from every other bike shop in this market. I’ve had valves fail and had replacements shipped under warranty the next day, brake issues that have been sorted and all forms of advice on owning a top end enduro bike. The guys at Stif are an asset to their company and the reason I’ll only ever buy a bike from this business. Jed is super efficient, fair and straight up on the warranty side. Their workshop is fantastically ran and their sales team are real riders with real world experience.
