GBNot the best experience I have ever had. Would never deal with this company again, customer service is extremely poor, Happy to sell you a product but the after care is simply appalling waiting 2 months to have a simple issue dealt with. A good company is one who has the ability to manage it's customers expectations, this one I'm afraid can't even demonstrate the basic principles of customer care. Rude, obnoxious shop manager.... One to avoid.

GBThese guys know their stuff! Used these guys for a few years now and their service is bettered only by their knowledge. Whether it’s been buying individual parts or full custom bike build, their knowledge and advice is on the money.

TRSTIFFED on the purchase Great staff great service a little bit angry that the 5010 we just purchased only a few weeks ago in preparation for Xmas stores unused has now been discounted a further £1000. I would not have minded but the sale guy made the impression this was the absolute steal when we purchased. Overhaul shop Great but has now made me hesitant as was looking to purchase another bike and these guys are the main dealers. £1000 can make a difference to a 13 year old in gear to go with his bike.

GBTop service Purchased a new bike, informed staff, no pressure, offer of trial / test-ride, really good deal, and efficient/fast shipping (even carrier handled damage to box well managed and recorded). Would trust.

GBThe staff should be ashamed terrible ☹️ Really awful customer service Wanted to order Santa Cruz bike Phoned several times spoke to the team No call back, I understand things are not good at the moment but the staff should say we are not able to take orders not promise to call back This was a genuine enquiry So disappointed with this company who advertise in MTB mag I have now ordered from another company who couldn’t be more helpful Thanks for nothing Terrible
