Emergency repair needed! On a cycle tour and desperately needed a new brake cable. Stif Cycles was the nearest Cycle Shop but 3 miles away. They offered to drive over, collect me and the bike, take to their shop for repair - and for me to cycle back. While there they then proceeded to replace the other cable too (and not charge for it). An excellent Team, really interesting store and superb service!
