Best mtb shop in the uk by far What can I say? Best MTB shop I've ever visited. From the start Gav was very professional and easy to deal with. All the good service started soon as I walked through the door to collect my Santa Cruz e bike. I was made to feel important and appreciated. This attitude towards customers is very hard to come by these days. I will continue to use Stif just because of the great customer service from Gav and the rest of the lads in the Harrogate shop. A great bike shop! As always another great recent experience at Stif. I thought I would leave this review because sometimes it's good to let others know when you have found a good bike shop. In my experience, they are a bike shop that can be consistently relied upon to provide a great service. All the staff are super helpful, knowledgeable, and always seem to go that extra mile. As riders themselves they understand what's important to their customers, and will always do what they can to get you back out riding if they can. Basically, they're just a solid trustworthy bike shop - which is exactly what you want!
