Not the best experience I have ever had. Would never deal with this company again, customer service is extremely poor, Happy to sell you a product but the after care is simply appalling waiting 2 months to have a simple issue dealt with. A good company is one who has the ability to manage it's customers expectations, this one I'm afraid can't even demonstrate the basic principles of customer care. Rude, obnoxious shop manager.... One to avoid.

Had some issues with a retun I was due… Had some issues with a retun I was due to make being stolen from my car. The guys at Stif were legends about it and sorted my refund. Bought some other knee pads, fast and efficient. Perfect customer service. Highly recommend

New bike from Stif Harrogate The staff at the Harrogate store are extremely helpful. I got to try a few of the bikes I was looking at and was given some really good advice on what would suit me best for my style of riding. The deal I got was really good and so was the after sales support. Gav was great and looked after everything start to finish. There was a potential manufacturer defect with one of the tyres that initially I only wanted reassurance with. Instead they offered to replace it free of charge with a better tyre so I couldn’t say no. I would recommended using this shop. They are flexible and will sort you out so you leave happy. Thanks again

Best mtb shop in the uk by far What can I say? Best MTB shop I've ever visited. From the start Gav was very professional and easy to deal with. All the good service started soon as I walked through the door to collect my Santa Cruz e bike. I was made to feel important and appreciated. This attitude towards customers is very hard to come by these days. I will continue to use Stif just because of the great customer service from Gav and the rest of the lads in the Harrogate shop. Great work guys.

The staff should be ashamed terrible ☹️ Really awful customer service Wanted to order Santa Cruz bike Phoned several times spoke to the team No call back, I understand things are not good at the moment but the staff should say we are not able to take orders not promise to call back This was a genuine enquiry So disappointed with this company who advertise in MTB mag I have now ordered from another company who couldn’t be more helpful Thanks for nothing Terrible
