GBEmergency repair needed! On a cycle tour and desperately needed a new brake cable. Stif Cycles was the nearest Cycle Shop but 3 miles away. They offered to drive over, collect me and the bike, take to their shop for repair - and for me to cycle back. While there they then proceeded to replace the other cable too (and not charge for it). An excellent Team, really interesting store and superb service!

GBHad some issues with a retun I was due… Had some issues with a retun I was due to make being stolen from my car. The guys at Stif were legends about it and sorted my refund. Bought some other knee pads, fast and efficient. Perfect customer service. Highly recommend

NLA great bike shop! As always another great recent experience at Stif. I thought I would leave this review because sometimes it's good to let others know when you have found a good bike shop. In my experience, they are a bike shop that can be consistently relied upon to provide a great service. All the staff are super helpful, knowledgeable, and always seem to go that extra mile. As riders themselves they understand what's important to their customers, and will always do what they can to get you back out riding if they can. Basically, they're just a solid trustworthy bike shop - which is exactly what you want!

FRBoys are just awesome. Boys are just awesome. I've just ordered a 2022 edition Santa Cruz 5010 C R-Kit L from them, and as a first very good point, the pricing was far more attractive than everywhere else on the Internet : 3400€ shipping costs included instead of 4800€ recommended on Santa Cruz's website. Second great point, a very nice support: delivery has been pretty bad because of TNT's shameful performance and the whole Stif team have been doing their best to help me dealing with it and finally getting the bike delivered in good shape. Thanks boys! Last but not least: plenty of good advises by e-mail to help me setting up the bike and getting the best out of it. Cheers boys! Should I order a new bike someday, you'd be the first website I'd give a shot to. Mickaël
