GBJust made another purchase from Stif… Just made another purchase from Stif and yet again they proved they have the technical knowledge and great customer service that always make me think of them first. Sometimes you'll pay more than the internet warehouses cost.......but you get more :)

GBBest mtb shop in the uk by far What can I say? Best MTB shop I've ever visited. From the start Gav was very professional and easy to deal with. All the good service started soon as I walked through the door to collect my Santa Cruz e bike. I was made to feel important and appreciated. This attitude towards customers is very hard to come by these days. I will continue to use Stif just because of the great customer service from Gav and the rest of the lads in the Harrogate shop. Great work guys.

GBHad some issues with a retun I was due… Had some issues with a retun I was due to make being stolen from my car. The guys at Stif were legends about it and sorted my refund. Bought some other knee pads, fast and efficient. Perfect customer service. Highly recommend

GBNot the best experience I have ever had. Would never deal with this company again, customer service is extremely poor, Happy to sell you a product but the after care is simply appalling waiting 2 months to have a simple issue dealt with. A good company is one who has the ability to manage it's customers expectations, this one I'm afraid can't even demonstrate the basic principles of customer care. Rude, obnoxious shop manager.... One to avoid.
