Not the best experience I have ever had. Would never deal with this company again, customer service is extremely poor, Happy to sell you a product but the after care is simply appalling waiting 2 months to have a simple issue dealt with. A good company is one who has the ability to manage it's customers expectations, this one I'm afraid can't even demonstrate the basic principles of customer care. Rude, obnoxious shop manager.... One to avoid.

Order placed Friday morning and shoes was delivered to Northern Ireland address on Saturday ( shoes looks fantastic and very comfy, haven't tried on wet yet)😊. Had some issues with a retun I was due… Had some issues with a retun I was due to make being stolen from my car. The guys at Stif were legends about it and sorted my refund. Bought some other knee pads, fast and efficient. Perfect customer service. Highly recommend
