Setting The MTB Retail Standard I’ve bought 2 Santa Cruz bikes from Stif Harrogate. They’re absolutely fantastic. Their prices, untouchable customer service, honesty and product knowledge set them apart from every other bike shop in this market. I’ve had valves fail and had replacements shipped under warranty the next day, brake issues that have been sorted and all forms of advice on owning a top end enduro bike. The guys at Stif are an asset to their company and the reason I’ll only ever buy a bike from this business. Jed is super efficient, fair and straight up on the warranty side. Their workshop is fantastically ran and their sales team are real riders with real world experience.

All the good service started soon as I walked through the door to collect my Santa Cruz e bike. I was made to feel important and appreciated. This attitude towards customers is very hard to come by these days. I will continue to use Stif just because of the great customer service from Gav and the rest of the lads in the Harrogate shop.
